Universal Century Gundam and Gundam Wing - 'nuff said.

Particularly the U.C timeline when the storyline is deep and engrossing.
Latest release of U.C is Gundam Unicorn - which is notorious for featuring more words than action , but it's pretty good if you've been following the U.C Timeline of the Gundam series.

Personally , I was raised in a strictly and I didn't have a chance to play video games until I was around 12. ( My siblings were worse off I believe , they only managed to touch a PC at the age of 16 )

You simply have to avoid getting them exposed to games meant for more mature audiences.
Rudeness , violence and graphical issues in games was originally meant for enchancing the effects of the game and it is up to the audience to perceive it and know that it is wrong.
Those whom are incapable of knowing that it is wrong should not lay their hands on such games in the first place and ought to build their character before attempting such games - we have enough problems in our society as it is.

As an add on - why was your child even exposed to such games and materials in the first place? =.=
There are no children at wrong - only parents whom failed to bring them up right.

I personally feel that CG is important for more certain points of the storyline.

It'll be anti-climatic if a 16bit sprite pokes a 16bit sword into a 16bit villain at the "epic final conclusion" of a game. ( Then again , that's how older games were like )
If the dialogue were well-made and the sprites were well-animated , CG graphics isn't necessary at all.
But for 3D games , not having a CG video for certain scenarios can really kill the scene.

The Witcher 2 have minimal dialogue? Is he yanking your leg?

You need to make important choices at a time limit as well - what makes The Witcher under the cl@ss of "minimal dialouge" ? =.=

You might want to check out Neverwinter Nights - really old game but it was a cl@ssic.
Fallout 3 doesn't really have that much important dialogues as well - just choose what is right and what is wrong then follow on with the results of it.
There are also games like Torchlight which features Dungeon-Crawler elements.

If you have the Wii or a DS you might wanna check out the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles series - some of them bear action / RPG elements with minimal dialogues.

I'm not sure whether you'd like such games but you might also want to try Disgaea.

Other than that , I can't really think of anything else.
