One is the act of killing someone psychologically and the other is killing them physically.
The former will leave them as a hollow shell for life and the other will... wipe them off the face of the Earth.
Both of them are equally bad in that sense.

I smell my pocket leaking cash like water.
Monster Hunter 3D... I predict heart attacks across the globe. A Rathalos' beautiful mouth in my screen.... Oh boy.
No offence but Sailor Moon did actually put me off the idea of watching Anime for several long years - that is until I've watched another Anime under the introduction of my friend.
Then - voila , I got hooked onto it ever since :o
Sorry , I can't help it...

It was in Medieval times.
Except that there were plaques , castles , war and taxes.
Now , we have workloads , psychological problems , economical issues and yes , taxes.
Being average at everything could be a talent, most people are mediocre at stuff they don't enjoy.FightingfanReading this post made me think of something - Being average also means you have no weaknesses at all :o Anyways , try experiencing various things in life - you might just come across something you may like in an unexpected corner. For one , I'm not the outdoor type nor am I the "hands on" kind of person so I guess I'd go for something like... business and typing... stuff like that. Still , there's no point in worrying about being average - just take it slowly and find what you like - then work on what you have in your field of passion. If not - being an honest and decent individual in life is good enough - you don't need to be exceptional - you just need to be who you are.
It's like seeing a piece of marshmallow and being unable to eat it.
We don't even have the technology to travel through a sea of stars and space hazards to reach that Super Earth in question.
Right , first thing's first - our planet's condition.
The Ozone layer's ripped , the atmosphere is messed up , trees are getting chopped down faster than we can replenish them and that in turn affects oxygen levels in atmosphere.
We release all sorts of crap into the atmosphere from our factories , kill off the biodiversity in this planet , causing instability in the ecosystem and that may affect us on the long run.
The ice caps are melting , sea levels rising - reducing the little amount of land space that we have and we humans are already occupying a decent portion of the land.
Resources are depleted and in the future - Fossil fuel , coal and even uranium would be gone from our energy list. Environment friendly methods of procuring energy is too expensive , land consuming and unreliable.
All in all , the planet is getting grinded to the state of which it would become a wasteland in no time. The things we're doing now is only slowing it down and not grinding it to a halt - much less the chance of recovery.
Second - the technology
NASA is developin ways for space travel but there are many hazards.
Physical hazards includes smashing a meteorite in the face , miscalculations , travel duration , our own limitations as human beings , space hazards which may cause cancer in human bodies and our ship getting fried by other entities.
Psychological factors is incurred by cooping a group of humans in the same place for hundreds and hundreds of years. Anything could go wrong.
Either way , we don't have the technology for space travel - much less colonization - we're developing it , yes , but we're far from being able to bring it to practical use.
Thirdly - political differences.
Say that we found a planet and every country is on a race to it.
Unless humans are unified - I don't really think the results is going to be pretty.
What's more , if all the nations in the work slam their heads together and sends their best scientists for research - the process would be hastened significantly.
Essentially , whilst he may have pointed out the faults of America - remember that propaganda is always used in the act of war.
Both sides said their lies mixed with the truth and their truth is always sugar coated for the public ears.
One may agree with his words but not definitely his ways. The act of violence has incurred losses on both sides and neither side is at the right and both are at the fault. It's like a downward spiral of conflicts , one igniting the other and giving each other more so of the reason to wipe each other out.
Though the annoying factor is that - Americans are starting to think of Muslims in a negative way. Not all of them have such extreme ideologies in their faith.
Also - I would have to disagree if their not rational.
Someone whose irrational would not have the power to lead , inspire and willingly convert men of thousands and millions to his side with words alone. His not a madman - his intelligent - frighteningly so.
In the eyes of those suicide bombers - their probably thinking that their sacrificing their lives for something just - the same goes for the American soldiers whom fights for their country. You'd just need to flip the logic a little - since when was shooting another person whom can shoot you back logical? They do it because it is their beliefs and country their fighting for.
Americans view the Muslims as a threat because of the 9/11 and the Muslims had viewed Americans as tyrants because of the war.
Still , the act of killing is far too much. Both sides have lost their own , dirtied their hands with blood and performed the tyranical acts of slaughter.
Either way , the EXACT truth would never be known - and the terrorists did target my country before even though it is a country which treats Muslims with respect as they are part of the country - even though they are a minority group. That in itself makes his words less convincing since his ready to slay men of his own religion even if they are of distant lands.
