I feel bad for bumping so much, but I wanted more opinions. I guess I will post about more interesting stuff next time.

The frontman from Audioslave has a new band, and I think (although feel free to prove me wrong, I could be confused) that Audioslave was just RATM-Tom Morello+the other guy, and his moving on would leave the rest of the band free for more than one reunion show (which would have been possible whether they were in a band or not)

Slippery Slop from there and only getting worse.videogamer456

Actually, I hadn't thought about it that way. Look at smokers. First, we make it so they can't smoke in planes, then not in restaurants, then not near restaurants. I wouldn't be surprised if it was one day illegal because they gave us an inch and non-smokers took a mile. The difference is that I am fine with that happening to smokers (no offense). I can picture the South and paranoid white people continuing so that soon middle-easterners can't ride planes at all, and then one day they aren't even allowed in the country, which would be horrible. I feel a lot different about my opinion after reading this comment.

i'm gonna have to go with patriots. i dont care that they're not on the list. living in new england, i'm partial to all my teams. Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins, Celtics, etc.HappyPillz

Actually, the patriots are my third favorite team after the seahawks and the colts, and I have a lot of family back east. Problem is, my friend found this site and bought a Patriots hat in the style I like, and when I saw him wearing it at school, he referred me to the site. I would feel bad if I showed up at school a week later in the same hat.

Lets look at it from another POV. We all know that some gamers are commiting acts of violence (don't deny it) but that is less then 1%. What if, they all started to search all gamers, then, imagine the backlash. Its the same with racial profiling. linkthewindow

Well lets say 20% of shooters have videogames in their home on the day they kill someone, and play them avidly. That is much less than the percentage of people who hijack planes and are blatantly muslim or middle-eastern. And as for the "they would take their turbans off", think about why these people suicide bomb. They fanatically follow their religion who, according to their interpretation, orders them to kill infidels (the rest of the world). The same religion is the reason their turbans are typically worn and their beards are typically long. If they are willing to kill/die for something, I doubt they would be willing to change their appearance if doing so contradicted it. I DO NOT think that even .001% of devout muslims or even middle easterners in general would ever commit a terrorist act, and infact the number of white males likely to do the same thing is probably higher. The thing is that I have read stories of people suing or making a scene over being searched, and I think that while they have every right to be, they should also look at the facts and see where others are coming from. I think that the idea behind my post was poorly illustrated by me.

Like at airport security. I am not at all implying that all middle-eastern people are terrorists, but it infuriates me when a 70-year-old woman in front of me gets strip searched and the guy in a turban behind me doesn't. Car insurance companies can charge more to ensure a teenage boy because statistically they get in more accidents. So when, as far as I can remember, 100% of recent US hijacking deaths were due to middle-eastern people, shouldn't we statistically be allowed to pick one out of a line of people and search them without them and every human-rights group whine about it? On the other hand, I don't think every old woman who goes through shouldn't be searched, but I think that security people at airports should be trained to look for traits common among hijackers/bombers, like adults, males, and, unfortunately, or middle-eastern descent or just people who are blatantly foreign in general. What are your thoughts?

Where I live people are fairly good in theatres, and the staff will remove the ones who aren't. During King Kong a couple years ago an overweight guy answered his phone one row in front of me and some friends and said, quote "What? No I can talk for a minute. What is it?" like he had been asked if now was a good time by the other end. My friend leaned down and quietly cussed him out, which was pretty out of character for him.

I hang out with jocks mostly, so no except for joking around. The strange thing is that no one is really picked on at my high school and nothing during middle school either. The only kids who I ever see get made fun of have it coming, like a weird kid will bump into somebody and scream at them about leaving them alone or the kids who yell at teachers or disrupt class when they don't get something or get bad grades. Just plain weird or antisocial kids get left alone, and potential bullying targets who try to sit at tables with people who are "cooler" than them don't get made fun of and are usually included in conversation. The freak-out kids do get made fun of unless they are autistic or it is otherwise not their fault, but in my opinion they have it coming, and it is never physical when they do get bullied anyway.
