Yes. Battletoads is certainly the hardest NES game I have played... But it is so much fun!

PS2 - Mine broke and I destroyed the remains with a shovel (felt awesome), it is stilll currently sitting on my shelf above my 2 broken PS1s too.

DC - This one broke as well. I am not really sure as to why either. I play it one day then like 4 years later I turn it on to discover it does spin discs anymore (can go through the menus fine and whatnot)

PS3 - FF13 is coming, and I want it.

360 - Has to many games I want, especially Lost odyssey, COD4, Eternal sonata

PSP - Square seems to be loving them as of late, and since that is my favorite game company I really want some of the titles out/coming. The FFT remake alone makes the system worth purchasing imo.

Sega Saturn and Game Gear - No idea why, no idea even what games I would get on either of them but these 2 systems have fascinated me forever and I want to get my hands on them.

Then... any other system I don't own. I am somewhat of a collector unfortunatley and I love collecting different systems and a few of the more popular games from them, just to have them.

Hmm, my mom would not let me own a handheld gaming system as a kid so I really can't recall. I think it was a virtual boy set up at wal-mart (if you consider that a handheld :P. But then eventually I got a gameboy color and game and watch gallery 3 (maybe it was 2 I forget). I played that game more than any human should.

Not Master Chief. Cortana, Sgt. Johnson, Fohammer, ect. The story was more than super soldiers. It was about a chance discovery of a weapon that could wipe out the existance of life. It was about the existance of the human race, and it was done better than most sci fi stories. monkeytoes61

Wait, before I make my response let me say I don't own a xbox or a 360 and have had limited playtime with the Halo series. I know like nothing about the Halo storyline than what you just said.

So with that out of the way, your basically saying X thing happened (in this case a weapon was found) and now the human race might go bye bye? That is the story like 80% of RPGs (maybe games in general) are based on. Bad guy wants to make world go kaboom, good guy wants to stop him.

Sounds ultra boring.

I just never found a point to using cheats to make it through a game, I felt like I was cheating myself and not getting the most out of the 50 bucks or whatever I spent on the game. I don't really mind using them after beating a game, because they are fun to use then. I am guilty at frowning down on my friends who used cheats to beat a game or something, but then I remember they weren't as obsessed with games as I was....

Hmm, I can't really think of anything I hate that I actually own. However, a friend of mine was trying to play the Lost game the other day (he is a giant fan of the series, really) and he could not do it. I think he may hate the game as you are describing haha.

Darn, and I came into this thread expecting discussion about a game where you get to make Pots, like Potter Hero or something.

That's when Sonic was relevant... Now that Sonic has about as much attraction as a smackhead, a Tails game bombing would bury him hopefully.smerlus

I've personally enjoyed some of the "lol sonic is dead games" to a point :\ The speed type stages in adventure 2 with sonic and shadow were awesome, and a game solely with that gameplay needs to be released.

Tails.

so Sega can see this is a terrible character in every way shape and form and they would just kill him off.

i thought that WAS the only reason to play games. anyone who isn't playing games for fun needs to find a different hobby.UT_Wrestler

Truth, could not agree more if I tried.
