I play all the expansions and have no desire to go back to the original. If some players want that then it should be available to them shouldn't it ???
@spaced92 For some reason someone always has to say something like this. It's a video game and not a guitar instructor, as you stated. I can't understand why people keep coming to comment sections about videos games, talking about playing a real guitar. If you could really play one then why come here bragging about it. I'd be playing and socializing with other guitar players. As far as the brand goes, I wish they would do a kickstart for more Beatles songs on their Rock Band game.
Cool. Did anyone let the credits and everything play until the end of FFVII ??? Remember there was the sound of some kids playing outside, when it went black. That's what I remember, it's been a while since I beat that game. I loved VIII but always wondered what the ending to VII meant. Anyone who doesn't like it, then buy the first game and leave. Simple. Or just leave period. Sounds good to me.
Confusing review. If I read it without looking at the score, I would have expected a 9 or a 9.5. Seems like this is the reviewers first time playing a Souls game. Over half of the review is telling us what we already know. Could have been done in 1 paragraph.
My opinion on this is they need to make a damn Final Fantasy game. FF 13 is game that I enjoyed very much, after I came to a conclusion that as a FF game it wasn't good at all. When I looked at it like it was a new game not saddled with the FF brand name, I loved it. Seems strange I know. If you look at another example. The FF Spirits Within movie. Sucked as a FF thing but something I enjoyed when not saddled with the FF name. Advent Children was awesome in every way right from the start because this is what we wanted from the Spirits Within film. I was one of those who loved FF8 but when they released FF9 what was said ??? It's being brought back to the old games. One look at the Black Mage showed us that. It was well received. This demo seems like I am playing a KH game. Not really a very satisfying melee attack either. That stupid hammer sound just didn't work. I guess it did to them because it was a cute kids toy but other than that, no it sucked. Why not revisit FF12 if this game fails to capture that FF thing with the fans as 13 failed to do. I just wanted to state that I hated Crisis Core too. Just incase long time fans don't agree with me. I am a bit picky about established games like this. I also didn't care for PS Online either.
I wish they would remaster some of the really good games. Sony has spoiled me. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to not have to fire up the 360 for some games. I have Puzzle Quest on my 360 but Sony remastered it. I know it's just a puzzle type game but..... .Shadow Complex is on board though, so that's cool.
