The PC version looks way more sharp, more details. Consoles have cranked up contrast (PS4) or blurry mess (X BONE & Paystation 4)

The only thing I noticed were a few more rocks on the ground for PC at 1:30 but thats probably just because the game was made so that the rocks are in random places

How the hell is console gonna compare when my pc is running at 3440x1440 resolution @ 60fps? these comparison are stupid because the pc would win every time despite this shitty video where they all pretty much look the same.

I own the PS4, XO, and PC versions and the PS4 version is really close but definitely doesn't look as good as the PC version. The only thing wrong with the PC version is that it lacks AA options. The only AA option is to downscale. The PS4 has shadows that are close to High setting on PC. Both the PS4 and XO versions have horrible mesh pop in that the PC version doesn't have if you force Mesh Detail to Ultra. The Vegetation on PC is far better and more dense with the PS4 version not far behind. The XO versions vegetation is very sparse. The Ultra textures on PC do look better and there is a difference. They are uncompressed versions of the High textures (which seem to be 4096x4096 with 2048x2048 textures in some places). So if you can't downscale then the PC version has more aliasing but other then that it is better in every area over the console versions. Basically you can't even see what the differences are from a video like this one. You'd actually have to focus on the shadows, vegetation, meshes, etc in order to see the differences.

The PC version in this video doesn't even have the gamma set correctly. It makes the PS4 version look far better simply because of all the detail the PC loses by not having the gamma correct. My PC version looks far better then their PC version. The PC version is clearly the winner if you actually own the game and compare it. Nice try Gamespot. I can't believe that people actually believe these videos. The best part is that even in "HD" the video is so compressed that all of the versions look far worse then their real counterparts. You can't make out any of the details in any of these versions.

The PS4 looks to dark in many parts. Clearly the Xbox one is the worse and The PC is the best, It's bright and very clear. I paused the video on a few scenes where they had all three in the window and in motion scenes the PS4 was more blurry than the xbox one. The motion blur on the PS4 is the worse. I think that the reason the xbox one has less motion blur is because they use less detail..... it's a trade off.

the compressed makes thing look horrible. the PC version wins when compared to the demo at gamestop stores.

For people that actually have this game, how much is compression of this video hurting the comparison (assuming I run this video at 1080 and HD quality)?

I ask because whenever I see those Bose speaker commercials, their speakers don't sound any better than my junky TV speakers! Get it?

pc looks low-contrast but much more detail. you can see that clearly on rain scene. xbox or ps4 doesn't have good rain as pc there. I believe contrast is bad adjustment issue. pc wins here.

This PC sample is not reflective of what it actually looks like on a good pc without the HD texture pack. This game looks badass on my PC and not washed out and with screen tearing as is shown here. They need to retest the pc version on a better machine...that or learn how to configure gamma/brightness properly.

Confirmed by DigitalFoundry to be 900p and upscaled to 1080p. Sorry GS, but you're wrong.

Not only is XB1 900p, it has less vegetation and lower res shadows. PS4 is clearly the better version, as usual.

This video needs to be redone with the ultra texture pack and fixed settings, then it'll be a proper graphics comparison between the 3 platforms. Right now, it's just a wash (lol).

Either the Developers didnt optimize this Game for the Pc(Which they usually dont on cross-platform games like these) or The Pc GameSpot is using for this comparison isnt up to spec or on the proper settings.

Why does your PC capture look like it has a grey filter over it? All the other video of this game I've seen on PC I haven't noticed that at all. *shrug* Weird.

It's funny to me how we've come this far and shadows are still a real pain in the ass to properly simulate.

Seems pretty sweet on my 50 inch TV with xb1. People counting every pixel and searching for jaggies are crazy....just enjoy the great game.
