I'm not a fanboy, don't get me wrong, I think the PS3 has great potential, I just don't think they're using it yet. Multiplatform games still look a bit worse on PS3(not much, but there are some games that have oddites, IE Dead Space), the price is still much higher, online service isn't as good, and they've yet to really show any advantage with Blu-Ray (look online for most customer's feelings about Blu). If they can fix these problem's, PS3 will be a real contender with 360, but until then, PS3 is going to stay at the bottom of this gen's systems. Being beaten by Nintendo and Microsoft, never thought it would happen after PS2 :/

Wow, that's a great bundle and will for sure pick up some new buyers. Whoever is in charge of thinking these up at MS does their job very well.

parhar67 How could you play wii play on the 360...on the ps3...when the point of the game is to point the remote at the tv and move it around....wii fit...that i never played i dont know anything about it all i know that its a family oriented game and 50 million familys own a wii....so if a game bombs on the wii it still can considered bombed with 10 million copys sold....wii has nothing to do with this discussion...and remember....its called WII fit and WII play....wii you know owned by nintendo...not by microsoft or sony? That's why I said EXCLUSIVE. How in the World can a title bomb with 10 million copies sold? Your desperation for a comeback is sure confusing

This is good these two games come with the system. It's one thing to have it come with a couple solid games, but these are two of the best (H3 might be THE best) on the system. The Elite was a total rip off at $400 before, but this might make it worth it now.

@parhar67 The 360 version of the game is not done yet....and the ps3 version is comming out in japan this year....its not a port...they are working on it seprately....its not even started yet on the 360 and it will be released the same time as the ps3 version.... In the video, director Motomu Toriyama didn't beat around the bush when Nomura asked him questions about the 360 FFXIII. Starting off, he reconfirmed that, "We haven't changed the direction of the development. We're making the PS3 version first, and then porting to the 360 later." That means that since the game will be released simultaneously on both platforms in North America and Europe, the PS3 release will be held back in those territories until the 360 version is complete. << LINK REMOVED >> unless they changed it and said they were fully developing it on the 360 after the ps3 is done...

The "$10 console" didn't represent 360 in my argument, it was to prove that everyone doesn't always prefer a cheaper console and have a choice to buy whatever they want. I mean GC was the cheapest last-gen and had most of the multiplatform titles PS2 and Xbox had so why didn't all of just buy that instead to get the same experience.

Sounds like a pretty good deal, seeing as new copies of Halo still sell for around 40 bucks and Fable 2 for 50-60 bucks new. I've been reading through the comments and it is unbelievable how ignorant most of the GS users sound. Most of you are as uncogent as a pile of pet rocks.... I'm not discriminating between Sony, Microsoft, or fans of either company. I like both companies, but it's just hard to read lackluster arguments riddled with stupidity and constant bickering regarding the console you own. Either 1) Get the F%$& over it, or 2) figure out how to make a cohesive statement.

@ CorruptGamerGX evrey damn game made for the wii is an exclusive....have you looked at it lately....have you seen the controllers...i dont see the xbox or ps with those controllers...so ofcourse its going to outsell and with 50 million plus consoles out their....thats not a fair comparasion even though call of duty is on the wii....because of the controller it should be considered a exclusive to the wii

Good deal but i would like different games. But thats coming for a person who has both these games, and bought the system on launch. Im sure most people who pick this up for the first time and not because the got the RRoD will love it. Otherwise I rather have a XTREME xbox bundle. Which would be a black or white xbox (comes in both), has like red paint to look like blood splatter along the side, comes with Fallout 3, Gears of War, and dead space. The console has all the features of the elite + built in wi-fi, blu-ray, 300gb hdd and has a sticker thats says "Red ring of death proof". It could go for about 499 and that would be a great deal on both ends.

I like Fable.

You'd enjoy these games for a month, here's three reasons. #1.You'll either Get tired of having your butt handed to you by 12 year olds on Halo 3 since probably the majority of people that play this game are 12. Reason #2 Fable 2 is short and last but not least #3 RROD.

The Xbox 360 version of Final Fantasy XIII is indeed a port. It doesn't make sense how it take SE 4+ years to make it on PS3 then magically create the Xbox 360 version within 6 months for the US and Europe without porting. No one knows for sure how the 360 version will look.

If you can not sell a game by itself add it to a bundle. Fallout 2 was so disappointing

Great bundle, would have been much better though with the Premium console though :( The Elite just doesn't have enough extras to warrant the price for me quite yet (Built in Wi-Fi would be nice)

If it's a Jasper Elite like the RE5 bundle I be getting that. My old Elite red ringed a few weeks ago and I don't want another refurbished system from M$.

Wow that's a great bundle, Sony needs to make separate PS3 bundles with God of War III, Final Fantasy XIII and VS XIII and Grand Turismo 5.

Can you explain why the Wii's exclusive titles are outselling all the "best multiplatform titles" both next-gen consoles have to offer? Your argument also makes no sense. If you had to pick between a $10 console that would burn your house down the next day or a $100 console that would have no problems, would you pick the cheaper and more leathal solution to play the same games they offer? There's something called preference or else there would be only one console. I'm guessing this Elite will be one of the main factors to make Sony lower the price of the PS3. Sounds like a good deal to me. I have to admit, the quality of the 360 consoles is lacking with the rrod. But microsoft has been very helpful to its loyal customers and the new consoles and future 360 consoles will be better. Microsoft can fix this. Sony can't fix the fact that they were late to the race and lost this generation's console war.

I think this bundle is a good deal, but, I read on another XBox site that this bundle came with the wireless headset. Does anybody know if that is even remotely true? I already have an Elite system, and this bundle essentially takes about ten bucks off of each games. I think the choice of games is a bit weird? You couldn't find two games any more different in gameplay. Don't get me wrong people, I think the idea is good, but can't you get an Elite setup without the games now for like $299? I bought a PS3 back in October, and it sat til just recently after I picked up Killzone 2 and SOCOM finally was made playable. If this thing included a black wireless headset, this would be a definite deal. Kudos to MS for continuing to add value to its console bundles.

haha this just proves that 360 has no good games.....they have to bundle a game that's 2 years old with a brand new system.....and then you still have to pay for wifi = $100 and xbox live = $50 per year.....or you could get all that plus built in wifi and free online and more exclusive games for the same price plus a built in blu-ray player and better reliablility and GOTY 2008 (Metal Gear Solid 4) and uncharted and killzone and god of war 3 and infamous and M.A.G. and heavy rain and gran turismo 5 and warhawk and little big planet and resistance 1 an resistance 2 and uncharted 2 and MLB 09: The Show (9/10 editors choice) and so many other exclusives that i dont feel like typing on the PS3...much better descision.

Bozo1975, I don't think the 360 version of FF 13 will look that much worse than the ps3 version, even though it will be a port from the ps3.
