it's embarrasing to read quotes of people praising their own/partners products. it's just empty words.

Activisions relationship with Bungie is everything that is wrong with Destiny sadly. I still like the game but haven't bothered playing it in a long while and after the latest pricing garbage I think I'm done with it (I will NEVER pay for emotes lol, not for any game). But I don't really care for CoD so they can have it and ruin it as well lol

Xbox 360 was selling better than PS3 in the last generation, Activision partners with Microsoft. Playstation 4 is selling better than the Xbox One in this generation, Activision partners with Sony. It's not rocket science.

Haven't played this since the first black ops. I still remember when the first CoD came out. This franchise has changed. Like Doritos, Mountain Dew, and sure throw in some Pizza Hut... it's just nasty.

Instead of worrying about exclusivity how about these corporations worry about giving power back to the Gamers by implementing a refund policy like Steam's. No reason for XBL and PSN not to have a similar refund policy of no questions asked (within a time limit).

I'm going over to Steam come Fall. Power to the Gamers!

WTF? Compound bows? Why? They have jetpacks, exosuits, and high caliber automatic weapons and they're using compound bows. Call of Duty went off the deep end after World at War.

The Xbox vs PS arguments are really getting old people. This sort of attitude is so petty, and anyone portraying this behavior really just gives every other gamer a bad name. Xbox has a ton of exclusives, blah blah, PS4 is better so they switched... blah blah.. Listen to yourselves people.. WHO CARES? At the end of the day, does it really matter which console gets what? Stop being such whiney babies about your consoles.

Seems to me both have several exclusives, and planned games. You can see for yourselves on the link.
Who cares what system gets what? If you want to play a game that isn't on the system you own.. buy the other system.

The people who then start to whine about.. well we can't afford both! Video games are a luxury, and if you can afford one system, then you can almost certainly afford both. Stop drinking your daily coffee, stop smoking, stop drinking.

Those are all largely expensive.. yet you can afford those.

Wow. This may not seem like a big deal, but this announcement alone will probably persuade millions of COD fans who haven't bought a current gen system to buy a ps4. Activision knows how to make money, so they aren't doing this for nothing. I have an Xbox one, and lovin it. Phil spencer is a great guy, and has done so much to improve the xbox one, but I have a feeling it's too little too late.

Nothing original here. Looks like they just copied destiny, and titanfall, making money from other franchises inovations.

I'll say now what all Sony fans said to Xbox fans before:

So MS is concentrating on new IPs while Sony is concentrating on timed exclusives or content that will still go to X1. Doesn't seem like Sony won anything. Makes you wonder what Sony could have done with all the money they are wasting on that crap. But hey, being able to play a few maps early in one of the most overrated series of all time is sure "great".

lolz Call of Duty is dead. It's an old tired out game with year after year of little to no innovation and constant DLC (THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR). It's almost a scam how bad it is. Now the real truth please, the only reason why sony was able to get this is because Microsoft most likely knew this and dropped it like a $2 hooker after 6 lines of coke. It's like buying stocks at the highest possible price right before the market crashes to $0.01 per share. Good luck with that Sony. I wasn't planning on buying this before this news and I'm certainly not going to now. Only difference is, while Sony is trying to secure deals for 3rd party games that are ALSO ON XBOX, Microsoft is innovating new EXCLUSIVE games -WAY more that Sony.

It's clear that Xbox One will be the place to play this generation, but nice try Sony.
