New Acquisitions, Volume 3

Well, I went to my EB Games store to check out their latest retro offerings and picked up this:

NES:
Kings of the Beach, excellent condition, cart only, for $0.60

N64 :

Nightmare Creatures, excellent condition, cart only, for FREE

PSone (here's where it really gets good):

Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain, disk only, for $4.49

Legend of Legaia, Disk only, for $8.99

Dead or Alive, disk only, for $5.39

Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter, disk only, for FREE

Shadow Madness, Disks only, for FREE

All games are in excellent shape.

So, with all the discounts, buy one get one free and stuff, I saved a total of $23.46, and paid only $20.44. I might be back there tommorrow, to shop some more.

Yeah it looks nice. I just think 2D games still have a lot of potential. I'd like to have your comments on this purchase on Play-Asia since I've been hesitating whether I should give it a try or not.

It's junk fair time at the mall in my town and every now and then someone has a few video games stuck in with the crap their trying to pawn off on people.  I had already passed up the crap that one guy was selling (Crimson Skies PH for $15?) and found these two nice old people with a small stack of old games. There were several that I was interested in, but this one stuck out because of its unlicensed look (black cart and all).  I brought it home and checked my rarity list (granted, it's ten years old) and found that it's really hard to find.  

So, did I steal one or am I deluding myself here?
