Yet again I feel the burn of envy. The GameCube version of Twilight Princess is like gold dust here. Never seen it sell for less than £40. They released a GameCube game when no stores here were stocking the platform any more. Result: instant rarity. Boo. Hiss.

Ah well, another reason to pick up a Freeloader.

I was so happy to find God of War inbetween all the other crap that was left :).

One of my local gaming stores in an attempt to clear some wall space for pre-owned 360 and PS3 games has created the "Value bin" one for 9.99. two for 14.99, three for 17.99 and four for 19.99. The bin in large part was basically older Xbox and PS2 games but I was able to at least get some decent titles for 19.99.

I had that problem awhile ago. This fixed my problem then, though that seems to be an issue with an older version of firefox so it may work anymore.

I finally got to try that. My settings were a little different, but it seemed to have done the trick. THANKS!!! Now to stay on topic. Apparently yesterday was a sales tax holiday or something in California so I wasn't charged tax on any of my purchases!

Sort of an odd situation,

I needed to get my hands on a PS2 Duel Shock controller, heck any Sony brand controller. I realized over the weekend that I only had three PS2 controllers even though I had a multitap and that would simply would not do.

It had been something I had on my checklist of things to do, and much to my surprise I came across this baby:

PS2 (Original) w/ 8MB Memory Card, Final Fantasy XI w/ HDD, and a second packaged PS2 Duel Shock all brand spankin' new (Apparently it was an old Holiday Bundle) for $24.97

I think I will just set it up in one of the guestrooms, but I am pretty impressed with the price.

For any Canadians you may want to check out your local Loblaws or Real Canadian Superstores.
