[QUOTE="PannicAtack"][QUOTE="MushroomWig"] They'd also allow the non-british people to remain in the country that have been here for 10+ years as long as they understand that British rights come before theirs.MushroomWig
You have got to be joking with me. How is that *not* racist?

Why would it be racist? British rights a priority for British people, I don't see how that can be racist.

Except minorities there are equal under the law as accorded to beign British citizens.. You think all non white person in the country is not a British citizen? Your so racist you don't know it, its shocking.

Also, regarding the £50,000 to make somebody leave the UK, it costs more than that to actually keep them here so it will obviously work out for the better.

MushroomWig
You still didn't answer the question I posed to you earlier. Was the second class citizen status of blacks in the USA, exactly what your party proposes happens to immigrants who do not take their bribe to leave, racist? Yes or no. It's not hard. Either a three letter word, or a two letter word. Take your pick.

What constitutes "non-British," exactly? Because if you've lived in Britain for 10 years, I'm pretty dang sure you're a British citizen under the law.

Another quote from the BNP

'AIDS is a friendly disease because blacks, drug users and gays have it' - BNP Candidate

And another:

'They need to sink several of those boats. Anyone coming up with measures like that we'll support' - BNP leader Nick Griffin earlier this year on how immigrants coming into Europe should be treated.

Two immigrants come to the UK, become citizens, and have a child. Two more immigrants go there, but bring their child with them, and also become citizens. Do you really believe such a paper thin difference between the two children should warrant the first one being superior to the second one?

Under law, you're a British citizen if you've legally lived in the county for three years. The BNP's stance is a flat-out case of treating people as second-class citizens. It might not technically be "racism," but it's sure as hell discrimination that should've died in the last century.

a British citizen is a British citizen, period. End of story. Finis!

how long someone has been one should not matter, nor should the fact they come from elsewhere.

What you are saying is that:

native-born white British person > native-born British person of color > legal immigrant with citizenship > immigrants

correct? How is that not racist?

How about you comment on what I said earlier in the post. Also, ha-ha-ha, you thinking your country is going to be a third world colony. Colonized people were treated like slaves. They were forced to work, and in some colonies if you were caught trying to escape they would cut your hand and feet and take a picture. Not only that, but they were forced to trade on conditions that were not there; all in the name of "civilizing the savages". Please, don't compare Britain to a colony. Note that I'm not using colonialism to justify immigration, I would just pointing out the ignorance of your post.

Hatred of other cultures is not racism. It's xenophobia, which is worse than racism both because it applies to more people and is infinitely more insipid.

Quick quiz: Do you know the names Christopher Marlowe, William Schwenk Gilbert, Arthur Sullivan, Henry Purcell, George Frederic Handel, Ralph Vaughan-Williams, Jane Austen, George Bernard Shaw, and Thomas Hardy? And don't you dare run to Wikipedia.

That conviently makes it predominately white simply due to the fact of racial prejudices in their policies generations back...

If your going to suggest that your country is turning into a third world country directly due to immigration.. Then expect to have the exact same generalizations thrown back at you.

I'm sorry that you guys don't think British people have a right to their idenity. Culture is a reflection of the people who live in the country, change the people then you WILL change the culture, and sadly that's exactly what's happening in the UK right now.

[QUOTE="AirGuitarist87"][QUOTE="MushroomWig"]Well none of them are truly British anyway.MushroomWig
Could you define exactly what "truly British" is?

If generations of your family were Born here.

Isn't most of the UK derived from the Vikings who were from Scandinavian, then you got the Anglo and Saxons who were German in 1066. Meaning you may not really be truly British, in the sense that you're speaking of.

[QUOTE="Mochyc"]Your culture is definitely not the same as it was 50 years ago. MushroomWig
Exactly the problem.

The culture of 50 years ago is definitely not the same as it was 100 years ago. And honestly, the reason you culture is different from 50 years ago is because of American culture expanding throughout the entire world (not saying it's a bad thing); not immigrants.

You know what? I'm going to assume you're dodging my question because you don't recognize those names. So yeah. Don't talk about "preserving British culture and identity," when you plainly don't know your own country's cultural heritage.

[QUOTE="MushroomWig"]

I'm sorry that you guys don't think British people have a right to their idenity. Culture is a reflection of the people who live in the country, change the people then you WILL change the culture, and sadly that's exactly what's happening in the UK right now.

AirGuitarist87
And change is bad because...?

Change in this fashion will destroy a countries identity, I do not want to wake up in 30 years to find that I'm a minority in my own country because it will change everything.

What are you talking about? I clearly missed your posts, no need to be so moody about it, are you even from the UK?
