He ended it by taking credit, well done sir,

It's really the best tact. Take responsibility, display sorrow, and say you shouldn't politicize such an event. Makes it difficult for Romney to come at.

Exactly. And making the point that Romney was trying to make political points in the middle of the event pushes it back on Romney a bit.

I do find it ridiculous that Obama tries to say his people weren't playing politics with what happened in Libya when that's complete bull-sh*t. His ambassador to the UN was saying the entire thing was because of a video the Sunday after the attacks! That's playing politics. "I find that offensive!" Too fvcking bad, because it's true.

No doubt, the entire thing has been politicized by both sides. I find the notion that just because a President did or didn't show up at some event regarding the somber nature of the attack annoying though, like that somehow dictates how much he cares about the tragedy.

I don't understand how there are undecided voters with such a difference between the nominees. Maybe it's just because I already am decided and couldnt see myself voting for the other candidate.

Romney has changed his policies multiple times in the last month. He thinks the American people are stupid. It's been working quite well actually, can't say I'm surprised that Obama is doing it now too.

Every question is either a "great question, and important question." Or if it's really a sh*tty/hard one they "appreciate the question."

The question was "why did it happen and who is responsible?"... Obama said he is responsible and since he is just saying that and doesn't actually know then what would you like him to say? Foreign Service is the State Department... When they sent a request in they didn't put it on his desk... He was completely unknowledgeable of that situation entirely until after it happened...

Neither did, so ultimately Obama wins for taking responsibility. But I do think the issue was politicized, despite what Obama said.

I would like him to announce charges against a state department employee who refused the requests for more security.

I don't want him to take responsibility if it wasn't his fault, I want a head to roll, figuratively. If I had gotten four people killed while I was an airman I'd be court-martialed and sent to Leavenworth for the rest of my life.
