But he is the first president to be of black ethnicity, thus it does make him the first black president. And btw, he memorizes his speeches, and almost EVERY POLITICIAN has a speech writer. Even if the politician used to be a speech writer, they still would have a team of speech writers.

I think you're a little confused. He's black whether he's from the USA, Europe, or Africa. If I'm white and I'm from Africa, I'm still a white person. Sure I'd be an African too, but I'm still white.

Oh, and I'm talking about Obama's dad.
