Yeah TM was responsible for putting the case together against GZ nice straw man idiot. The evidence in the OJ trial was clearly tampered with by the police. Now  Sanford is a known town with a racist history. The area was also ground zero for protest and had/has media coverage on the case. Yet they picked people 5 white women from that same area to be on the juryno-scope-AK47

There was nothing to this case. Originally, the detective said in his investigation he found no link to Zimmerman other than the self defense claim. The police chief has also validated that claim, along with original prosecutor.

Now comes the pressure from Civil Rights activists race pimps to prosecute Zimmerman. Department Of Justice files complaints to the Governor. FBI is involved, and they investigated for a year and found no evidence of racist intent, or murder. DOJ even funds internal groups to go organize protests to gain traction. The police chief is fired. New prosecutor is appointed, pending charges of murder on Zimmerman. Judge is dismissed. New Judge appointed. New jury is appointed. State argues before court. Judge keeps disallowing evidence against Martin even though its relevant. State witholds evidence from defense. Wistleblower comes forward testifying that he evidence was withheld. Later he is fired for it. Prosecution fails to convince the jury based on evidence. So, you mean to tell me, that after the case was dismisses originally, and was being pushed by DOJ to appoint new prosecutor, new judges, less evidence, and everything else that was thrown against Zimmerman from beginning, that they picked some racist jurors? It's not like Zimmerman picked 6 female jurors himself. Just like the Civil Rights leaders were asking. They got exactly what they wanted, except hang this man by the tree. And now you're spousing some tinfoil conspiracy? Admit it, its not about justice. Its about your own emotional vested interest in the case, that you can't see past your own ignorance.

There are a lot of feelings that can cloud our judgment of this case -- that natural need for closure/retribution, or those related to modern 'hot topics' like gun violence or inter-racial tension.

... and it's certainly sad what happened. An unarmed black teenager lying in the street -- even if he was trying to steal something, the loss of his life is sad.  It's natural to feel that something needs to be done to make this right.

But that doesn't mean we need to ruin the life of a man who may have been simply acting in self defense. In the lack of strong evidence against him, it makes the most sense to assume Zimmerman's innocence.  

One life has already been ruined, I'm hopeful Zimmerman be able to live a happy and healthy life henceforth.

This goes with my theory that Jeantel knows more than she let on in the deposition, what she told her mother, what she told the Martins and what she said on the stand. Her not wanting to be involved and her indignation when on the stand points to it.

Honestly, I've been sitting here for several minutes trying to come up with an analogy as bad as that which you stated, simply as an example, but I cannot come up with something so intrinsiclally 'out there'.
