In my own eyes, I am. But I'm sure if I lived in a different time and place, I'd be stoned to death. And on to the questions:

I voted yes, I am a good person.
Now you're gonna tell me "Yeah but you lie, you look with lust, bla bla bla", well let me tell you something. I'm a GOOD PERSON, not a PERFECT PERSON.
I chose my job (nursing) to help people. I also chose to work in psychiatry because most of these patients have no one around them and really need help. I also always am there when I have friends in need, wether it's money, listening, helping them out with something (moving stuff around, gardening, what not) or plain and simply listening to them.
And because of that, at the end of the day when I look back, I feel good about myself! I'm not perfect, sometimes I screw up, sometimes I can be mean to people, etc. but it's never out of just wanting to hurt them...
Well, you can't actually judge a person with those ones, because breaking couple of those just belongs to humanity.
I would consider myself as a pretty good person or then just a stupid person. I seem to always put everyone else's well-being in the first place and forget to care about my own feelings. I'm starting to get enough from being everybody's psychiatrist, I'd be rich if I would demand money for it dammit -_-'
I have a question for you, TC.
Who is the only one that can judge?
harashawn
He's not judging anyone though.

He will be judging them directly pretty damned soon . . .[QUOTE="Shad0ki11"]By human standards, yes.

Argued but not proven. ;) I think the standards of man hold no weight to the standards of God.
I can already see what you're trying to do. If someone says yes to telling a lie then you call them a liar, if they say yes to stealing something then you call them a thief.
Telling a lie makes you a liar in the same way that cooking grilled cheese makes you a chef.

Have you ever used God's name in vain? All the time. Doesn't have a bearing on if you're a good person or not.

I'd say I'm inbetween.
I am a terrible person by human standards-I am highly manipulative, selfish, and, at times, I have complete lapses in sanity during which the things I do make others cringe or even vomit in disgust when they discover them.
By my own standards, I am as well. My degree of self-control is nowhere near the level I would like it to be, as evidenced by the lapses in sanity, and my level of personal discipline on things such as procrastination sometimes leaves much to be desired.
My own standards are very, very highly oriented towards self-control and self-discipline, both of which are, I believe, necessary for the fulfillment of my long-term goals, and my long-term goals are, to me, of paramount importance; there is very little that I would not do for the sake of accomplishing them, though, for the most part, their nature somewhat prevents the perpetration of more...serious criminal offenses, and most of the more minor ones are detrimental to my goals as well.

What kind of question is that?
Just answer it or don't. I find no point in your reply. Maybe I'm asking it to prove a point? ;)
