Our soul and spirit is created in God image, but we also have a free will. Using your logic, if a fathers son commits a crime, then you would label the father a criminal as well. That logic is flawed.

though you could interpret that snippet to say that Christianity is wrong because God is (by Christianity's definition) three beings acting as one in tandem.

This is exactly why I'm wary of reading the Bible.  Believe me, I want to.  But really, it looks like it is full of "because I said so"'s, which isn't good enough for me.

as for me, i don't have any enemies, so i guess i can be considered at least a nice guy. Not sure about a full on good person, it depends on the context, whether it be you've never sinned or just overall being a nice guy...like me :D

He didn't know Adam and Eve were going betray him. Not only that, but he couldn't detect Satan in serpent form. He punishes the serpent, not the fallen angel himself.
