If you know it's not addictive, then what are you talking about?I know how addictive it can be first hand.

Bro. What drugs are you talking about 'cause weed ain't addictive.I've smoked it for years and quit. I know how addictive it can be first hand. Your not telling me nothing I don't know. So have I, and I say it wasn't addictive. That would suggest it greatly depends on the personality of the person.[QUOTE="Jandurin"][QUOTE="jdc6305"]You aint foolin me kid. I've been there done that. As a medical marijuana patient, I find it to be really helpful for my leg pains(Car Accident) and it makes you eat(if you don't eat a lot). I prefer marijuana then taking pills that fk up your lever or make you become a pill addict like most people now and days it seems.

It's not directly harmful, but smoking it daily can have a lot of negative effects. If you're inhaling the smoke every single day, you're still taking in CO2 and you do have a very highly increased risk of heart disease and cancer.
You can become dependent on THC as well. It's a low dependency rate, like less than 30% of heavy users, but it can happen.
However in moderation it's about as harmful as alcohol.

Any substance can be addictive to a specific individual. However, unlike narcotics, nicotine, or even alcohol, marijuana does not create a physical dependency. Your body does not go into withdrawal when you stop using it.I agree with the smoking. If you're one of those every day dudes, get a freaking vapo. It's not directly harmful, but smoking it daily can have a lot of negative effects. It's even a lower rate than I said. It's 10-30% become dependent. It's not physically addicting but you can develop a dependency for it.
it's not worth saying that because anything in life falls under this category so it's just fvcking idiotic to even bring it upyou can develop a dependency for it.

Well if you refuse to read the link I provided with an actual credible study, then there isn't much that can be said.
It's also physcially addictive as well. It's just a really low percent, but it does happen.

You can become dependent on many things you enjoy. Hell, I know this guy who can't refrain from working out every day. And me? I'm addicted to video games. I don't believe it's an argument people should use against something, unless it's a physical addiction that can affect everyone.I don't believe it's an argument people should use against something, unless it's a physical addiction that can affect everyone. There are very little negative effects from marijuana. The worst is the fact that you're still inhaling smoke when you smoke it(which in turn damages your lungs). However, that applies to any kind of smoke. Also, it can be ingested in different ways. Eating it comes to mind, by one can use inhalers as well.
It can cause cancer not because of the marijuana itself, but because of the tar in the rolling papers people use for joints. Much like how rolling your own cigarettes in less bad for you than buying packaged ones.
Watch these 2 documenteries(they're long, but they're worth it if you want to get informed), and if you think that it should retain it's current status (in the US at least, here in Europe its much less of a big deal), then I dont know what to say.

bull sh.tI don't know why it's hard to believe. I'm not calling for it to be illegal, I think it should be legalized. But just like anything out there that messes with us in some way, this can be addicting.
It's less addicting than cigarettes and alcohol, but it still is.
The Hippy Hay does have carcinogenic smoke. One little joint is equivalent to 3-8 cigarettes in terms of toxins (minus the nico of course). Also, long term weed smoking has been linked to the development of schizophrenia. However, there are aspects in the puff that actually halt the growth of cancer in the lungs (it's a paradox really). There's more, but that's all I remember from a psychology course I did back in the day :)
It was explained in my post. Don't know why you even asked me...THAT'S A FVCKING TERRIFIC ANSWER

Schizophrenia? That makes sense. I was always mad paranoid while high on weed. The Hippy Hay does have carcinogenic smoke. It's not linked to the DEVELOPMENT of schizophrenia but if you have a predisposition, then it can trigger it. But so can any traumatic or exciting event.Jandurin
Cause it or open the bars for it to escape...semantecs really. Hey after all these year I'm fine....shhh I'm still talking.
You know what I find interesting about religion and weed debates? They're the same, they have people trying to force their beliefs on others and most of the stuff they say ain't true >_>
TChaivong
They're extremely different.
One's based off beliefs, the other facts.

Um, no it's completely different. If you were never going to "be schizophrenic" then marijuana CAN NOT cause it, or whatever.[QUOTE="TChaivong"]

Once again, I like to say things.
It's really dumb because I already knew all of this. :(
Whoops, I was wrong again. I shouldn't say I "knew", rather, I was aware of this.
