Don't need a drivers license or state I.D, because they already know when you werebornwhere you were born, they have blood samples and fingerprints, hair color, eye color, skin toneas well as a copy of your birth certificate. They know were you resided when you were a child and a record or your progress from there on. They know your family tree, they have your tax returns, your mail address andphone number. If you registered to vote they have that too. School records, hospital records and so on. If you're a citizen they know everything. Some of these things they may not have or be able to obtain but it's so redundant that i doesn't matter. All they need is a suspect or some otherreason to suspect it may have been you because identifying or finding you is not a issue. Other people within the area probably know you and they know your dailyroutines better than you do.
How do you find someone that doesn't exist? If you don't catch them red handed you never will.

Soooo...Mexican records are not accessible in any way by U.S. investigators? All investigations start with suspects so if you have no **** clue who the guy is or where to find since no one around has any idea whohe is how do determine who he is? If he's an illegal immigrant the chances of never finding him are close toimpossible since no one can identify him and he probably won't ever come back into the states of a long time.
You're easy to find because you reside in one location and have for a verylong time so most people within that city and a few over know you. Maybe not personally but they have seen you enough torecognize you.You are not hard to find. An immigrant stays in an area for short periods of time and never returns and nobody knows the person and probably aren't aware of his existence. Leaves no record of presence becausehe ishere illegally. They do everything possible to remain unknown.
The mexican government wouldn't disclose any information unless their was some kind of irrefutable proof of guilt. But at that point you wouldn't need it anyway. Besides he may have been born in a village or some other location without all of the things we have in the U.S. He may not even have abirth record. He may not have any records of existenceanywhere.
I doubt he would be on record with interpol, not unless he's a mass murder or notorious on purpose.
