There is no denying that Kanye West is a great artist. He continually puts out albums that not only sell, but have messages reflecting his personal life and the human experience. All of this plus he can put together songs where he isn't the main focus which can be seen in his latest album Cruel Summer.

meh, just more subjective matter. I'm aware he has a hugh fan base and his status depicts this, he's ok in my book but my taste in quality music has changed over the years.

I prefer classic rock and classic metal from the 70's and 80's than many of today's crap. So I couldn't give a rat's behind about Kanye.

pressing buttons and moving sliders in a studio is NOT that hard and I don't know how rapping makes you a genius.
