It's a normal day, you are bored...

So lately we've seen a few threads created and getting derailed, complaining about a certain specific topic on here so I thought: Why not make a general thread about these? Maybe something good might come from it! It can be anything. Certain threads, posting sty les, certain sigs! You know you have them ; )

And yes the long age excuse "If you don't like it don't post in it" Does not always apply since it's what one usually tends to do but it's hard to not notice certain things when they clog half the board! You know? ; D So do go ahead and vent OT! I'll add a poll after a while, seeing what the top 5 or so are.

I'll start:

* Asking questions that could easily be googled.

* When people bump old threads. And I'm not talking about some grave-digger of a thread from like 2007. I understand why a person would find that fun. I'm talking about some randomer who bumps a rather dead thread from days or weeks ago. What exactly goes through their mind? Is it like"oooh, I'll click on random forum page and bump the first thing I see. Yay!" :P

*One more. Spinoff threads.

Not fad threads, but someone makes thread "Random, crazy **** kills 20 kittens and a bird" then 20 posts into that thread someone makes an spinoff "So uuh how do you feel about animal crueltee" Then the whole board flocks the same subject.

(And yes, this is technically another one of those before you go "your thread! ahaahahaha" you sly dog you. ;>

I'm annoyed by people who constantly post pics to describe things. I do it occasionally, but some people here seem to think it will make them seem cool or popular.

The habit of certain posters (who shall remain nameless) of always needing to reply to posts made by known/suspected female users.

The habit of those same posters littering their replies with :oops: and :P faces.

When the mods "This won't end well radar" seems to be suffering conveniently from technical difficulties whenever threads concerning blacks with underlying racism tones and ignorant racial generalizations seem to pop up. :x

I've said it multiple times, users who overuse the .gifs and images in their posts to the point that at least 35 percent of their posts are only a .gif or an image, and about 60-75% of their posts that aren't just a .gif or an image rely on a .gif or image. To me, just posting an image or posting an image with two words 90% of the time is spam and really, really annoying now. It was funny for the first bit, but now it's waaaaay overused.
