Another general pet peeve of mine is when people rag on people's music but then bristle when people rag on theirs.

I also get really annoyed by people who (sometimes deliberately) misinterpret my posts and then continue to argue semantics even after I've explained what I meant.chessmaster1989

In a thread I encountered just TODAY.... just reminded ME how much I REALLY get annoyed when people constantly have to CAPITALIZE several words in the SAME post because.... they think THINK that the words they CAPITALIZE are SUPER important and make a BETTER.....point just because they are CAPITALIZED.

Im not one to complain but I really have been getting annoyed at a few recent fads....

I am also getting annoyed how threads start to completely go off topic now. Its exactly what the TC mentioned. Go pm someone instead of dragging a thread out.

The music threads in OT are completely non existent now. The ones that get started are so vague, and theirs hardly any music discussion at all. Its mostly, "but its my opinion crap, blah blah blah"

Kissing up to other users

Dumb jokes that aren't funny

Lines like "Obvious troll is obvious"

YLYL threads that only have 1-2 pictures (although this has stopped for now)

I usually avoid using it just so I don't feel like a hypocrite to myself. I use things like "I think" or "I believe" in place of it. If someone can't decipher that those are my opinion than I probably won't debate what I'm saying with them anyway
