I read that article previously and it still doesn't say he was sentenced to 8 years. Big difference. Where is it shown that he was sentenced to 8 years?
I think he was pointing out how some individuals face criminal charges and others don't for doing the same thing if not in a more severe fashion. His trial starts today and its very unlikely he will do any of that time. Simple misunderstanding Levittown man charged with making terroristic threats
Jersey City man charged with terroristic threats to cops during arrest
Man arrested, charged with making terroristic threats
Man charged with terroristic threats against festival
What you claim is BS and you know it and as just by the few links I posted, shows otherwise.
Thane has repeatedly made claims that he cannot back up and while I am not angry about it, I do find it tiring that he and other people do that and in Thane's case, he keeps saying that the Sanford Police dispatcher told him not to follow Zimmerman when the actual words were "you do not need to do that" as an example. That is not a command to not do something, but a suggestion. There is a very big difference in what was said and he just does not get it.
