She went to the Doctor...she is NOT pregnant.MaddenBowler10I think everyone would know that if they read the post. You said she stopped going out with her boyfriend 3 months ago. You know she hasn't had sex since then. She hasn't had sex with you. And she just stopped gettign her period this month... you can draw a line to the conclusion.
Pregnancy tests often give false positives.

yea, a lot of people on here still were concluding that she was pregnant. I'm relieved of this because it would have been huge if she was and ultimately would have ruined everything. I still got stuff to worry about with her though and a hill to climbI realize that all's probably been good and done with by now, but the OP is kind of a jerk. This girl is pregnant and all he can think about is himself. nevermind the girl must be terrified, no, no, it's OP's problem when some other girl gets pregnant. such selfishness.quiglythegreat
Well...yeah.
What, is the OP supposed to throw away his life taking care of another guy's child, just because some girl got pregnant?
Now, if the OP had actually been the one to get her pregnant and then tried to duck out of his responsibilities, then yeah he'd be a jerk. But that's not what happened. It isn't his fault that the girl is pregnant (speaking hypothetically; I know that it was a false positive), and it's not his kid. He doesn't owe her anything.

no, obviously not, but that shouldn't really be what distresses him so. I mean, I acknowledge you should be concerned with staying out of a car accident, but you should still be upset for the people who didn't.[QUOTE="MrGeezer"][QUOTE="quiglythegreat"]I realize that all's probably been good and done with by now, but the OP is kind of a jerk. If you see an imminent multi-car accident about to happen, you're not immediately going to think about the other people, you're going to be thinking "Oh no! How do I keep MYSELF from getting involved in this accident?"
See, being a 19 year old college freshman who finds out that his girlfriend is pregnant is like seeing an imminent traffic accident. Yes, his first priority is going to be getting HIMSELF out of that mess. Now that his girlfriend ISN'T pregnant and the disaster has been averted, he can stop thinking about himself since he's no longer in danger.

it helps a person feel better to think of others first whenever they can. that's all.it helps a person feel better to think of others first whenever they can. that's all.quiglythegreat
Maybe if you're talking about deciding who gets the last slice of pizza.
When it comes to finding out that your girlfriend of two months is pregnant and that the results you make will likely determine what the rest of your life is like, then that's a bit different than deciding over that last slice of pizza.
Dude, he's been going out with her for two months. He's about to go into college, and having a family attached to him at that point in his life could have serious consequences. He ought to be concerned about self-preservation. And if YOU'D throw away the rest of your life because your girlfriend of two months got pregnant by another man, then that would be pretty damn silly.

no. a girlfriend of two months being pregnant from another guy does not put your ass on the line in any way at all though.SHE IS PREGNANT! I took 6 pregnancy tests and yeah all of them were positive. I still didn't wanna believe it. Long story but,had a miscarriage anyway so it was hurtful but, was for the best.
It scares me and baffles me that so many in this thread are so misguided on certain things. Congrats on her not being pregnant - but very interesting that she managed to get how many, three? positive results on her pregnancy tests? I'd go for a second opinion doctor or ask the doctor why she gave out that much positive results.
And for the last time - just because a woman "bleeds" then suddenly stops that DOES NOT mean she cheated. It is very common for pregnant women to have interval bleeding during pregnancy.
