Sig/Avay/Banner...Rate/Request/Discussion Thread.... "Dyn-o-mite" Edit

Hey guys, just to let you guys know my name in 95% of all the forums i go to i'm named Omar MSP.

so since i'm a newb i forget how to change my sig but here's one i made.

Usually I make my own images, but I'm too lazy this time and don't have GIMP on this machine, so...

I'd like a sig made for me. Width doesn't matter as long as it fits, but the height has to be 150 pixels. Any kind of background will do. All the text I want is my username (vgm007) in an appropriate font in the bottom left corner. Here's the images I want included:

Here's something i'm working on, i'm still trying many things with it. I wanted to try something totally different from what i usually do.

I admit it was a pretty frustrating process since it's the first time i'm trying it, and i probably won't attempt to make another like this any time soon.:P

Might I ask what program you made that in? I want to make sigs with a gif image in them, but I do not know how (I currently use photoshop). If you can point me in the direction of any good tutorials on how to make sigs similiar to these, then I will be extremely grateful:D.

Too sharp, but other than that, I love it. Maybe try putting some black, vectored flowers coming off the diagonals.... That might look cool...slorg_king

It would look a lot better if the image quality was higher. BTW is that from Shinobi? That movie was pretty kickass :)

My current sig? Yeah. I loved that movie. Soon i wanna get it on DVD. ^__^ The one i had just made is the actress, Yukie Nakama.

It looks more like he's sharpened it a bit too much rather than a low quality image file.

That's your second? I think it looks really good. I remember the second sig i ever made, or any of my really early ones for that matter, were pretty weird looking, hehe.

Thanks, It's mainly a stock image with some editing, I changed the background to B&W, added the rain, and made the rose look a deeper red, and added those raindrops on the petals.

My friend already offered me $10 to design a logo / banner for his band.

What methods do you use? my bandmate is brilliant in Black/Death metal logo design, however he always hand sketches his work and then alters it with software.

I just use PS3, mess around with brushes / layer types,ect. and try and get an outcome we all like

As always, the focal is not well defined. The lighting has no direction and the color of the c4d does not match with Berial. I do like how you blended in the C4d though. It's just that no one point on this sig draws the viewer's eye, it's all over the place!

But trust me, no plagerism here, I have never seen that sig before. I made the one i made for a valentines day competition, got 3rd place :P
