Just stop wasting time and money and our lives and just kill him.

You people need to get over your grudges over stupid things other people do. Just swiftly take care of the problem and move on. Thats how you grow up and advance people. GEES.

But of course i'll be ignored and people will still keep doing stupid things.

argetlam00

Ya that rights, cause death solves all problems! FEAR ENSURES LOYALTY!

It does :|

It's pointless to keep people like this alive. They don't care. They have no emotions. They're monsters. Just kill them right away.NecroKvltMuffin

Why would you kill someone because they are a "monster", becuase you think it brings justice? There is no justice.

Wow im starting to really hate this world....i also think the death penatly is good. If you kill anyone your life should be taken aswell.

silent999

nope. not at all.

Killing him does not change that boy was tortured nor does it justify taking a persons life. Does killing someone really CHANGE anything. No in my opinion death has no meaning therefore people should not die because of a wrong. Esspeically becuase they killed someone.

it may not change the fact he was tortured raped and killed, but how would you feel if the man who did that to your child was still alive just becouse some people believe the death penalty "immoral"

plus it keeps scum like that at bay

Are you talking about serial killers, or all people without emotions?

I said people like this so yes I mean serial killers.

Death is too easy for him, throw him up in prison for life, and no chance of parole, forced castration, and get prison raped everyday, even when his rectum gets torn in half.

We would probably benefit from studying him in a lab than throwing him in prison.

But we have plenty of the criminally insane.

I've rarely seen someone like this. It's Buddha without the love. What kind of experiences make a person like this?

I think the death penalty is "immoral" but i also think that death is not a good way to go about solving these things. Just b/c this person does not follow what is accepted socially normal by torturing and raping a boy does not mean he should die. but in the end none if really matters death doesnt mean anything. Our society will try and bring a rational reason to irrational events and thats a waste of time because we all live in an irrational world.

Also, technically, everyone who says he deserves the death penalty is right.

This person, is simply put, not a normal human being. He is incapable of guilt, he will never regret what he did, and considering his words from the article, he believes he has an unholy mandate by Satan. He completely and utterly believes that what he did was a good thing.

We can't attain justice by making him pay for all the pain and death he's caused, but we can get as close to it as possible by killing him. It's the only fitting punishment.

Well this man cannot blame his actions on the "devil" religion cannot be used as an excuse for his actions.

I stick to the no death penalty though.

His religion is not the question.

He believes he is right. He also has not empathy. Keeping him alive will serve no purpose other than to annoy the people who have to keep him imprisoned. He'll never reflect on what he did.

Toss him down a deep dark cave, or throw him on a desert island by himself. death is too fast and easy. OOO I got it! Toss him on Seal Island in South africa. At a certain time of year when there is alot of seals, there is like dozens and dozens of great white sharks cruising the waters around it. Maybe instead of dropping him on the island drop him in the water around ti first and see if he makes it.

It's kind of funny that everyone here wants him to die a gruesome death.

Those feelings are the exactly the kind of thing he wants from you. He wants you to know what a sadistic nature like his is like.

We have to resign to ourselves to be above him and give him a punishment appropriate for what he has done.

[QUOTE="argetlam00"]Maniac...But I still don't agree on the death penalty. I see it as nothing more other than governmental murder.argetlam00

BS, you would rather your tax dollors being spend feeding this maniac in jail, no, death penalty all the way, people like him surve no purpose on this earth and dont deserve to breath this air, and dont give me none of that "two wrongs dont make a right" this guy kidnapped, raped, beat, and killed a little boy, and you say "dont give him the death penalty" infact if you are religious the death penalty is the perfect punishment for him, then he goes strait to hell

make it a slow painfull death to

1) Im not religious

2) My tax dollar won't change if he dies or lives. But I don't think he deserves to be killed. I definately won't care if he kills himself, but I don't want to see the Jury sinking to the criminals level. People change before they are about to die. Its a universal language which everyone understands. People FEAR death and when they sit on that electric chair, they are completely different people than the one that raped that boy. Read Green Line by Stephen King, its an excellent book on the death penalty.

lol i take nothing u say serious if u take something u read by steven king serious

Not rationilizing in an irrational world would seem logical then right? That'd be the rational thing to do but however the world is still irrational so the not rationilizing of a rational idea would be irrational therefor what is rational would always be irrational no matter how close you try to approach irrational thus nothing is right and everything is wrong.

Just becuas this man goes against the normal and disrupts the status quo does not mean he deserves death. I dont want people to live in fear. fearing death and wether or not he has emotions has nothing to do with it. just becuase he does not share qualties that some people have does not mean he deserves to die.

silent999

I don't think you understand how social contracts work.

You see, you can do anything you want, granted that it does not interfere with the rights of others.

He broke that contract with several people, and he has no fear. Not only did he break the contract, but he took away their lives. He does not fear death. What part of that is hard to understand?

Since he does not fear, and he doesn't care for this social contract, he needs to die.

If someone dies because they killed someone, that's two lives lost. That's not right.... and that's what jail is for.allenmuff
But if the second life lost is in jail for his whole life then that is not really a life, I mean he won't be contributing anything to society He's just getting 3 meals a day off of our tax dollars.

What does it matter if he changes at the last minute. He freaking tortured a kid. Nothing this sick bastard could ever do would be enough for people to forgive him.

What would you do to a guy that raped and kild a 9 year old while he forced his little sister to watch? :|

2 wrongs don't make a right....I wouldn't see any satisfaction at all at watching him be executed. Infact, evidence shows that no matter how evil people are, before they are about to die they change. Read Green Line by Stephen King. Its an absoutely fantastic book on this issue, He definately should suffer for what he has done, but I think ordering his death is just a jury dropping to the killers level.

Putting him in prison for life could be considered wrong too....what is even the point in letting this guy live? If life is the greatest gift then why are we allowing him to keep his? "2 wrongs don't make a right"...i don't have any problem with killing a murderer because to be honest with you..i don't see it as a wrong. it IS right to kill a murderer. I don't believe that killing a murderer should be considered murder.

Yes, but it makes us feel a little bit safer knowing he is gone, which is the most good he will ever do for humanity.

There isn't any proof Satan exists, why take that chance? Keep the bastard alive in a 5ft x 5ft cell for the rest of his life.

Monster. There is no point in even considering to keep this freak alive. He's useless, souless, and a waste of flesh and bone. He's going to feed off of our tax money to maintain this creature. Honestly as a christian that I am, I see no problem in killing this psychopath. The only thing this guy might benefit is in the field of science where scientific study and experiments can be performed on it. If not, have the firing squad take him out after his slow and painful torture. I say no mercy on it

sorry but i dont want to control people with fear. It may be my nature, but i think i people are good at heart but our society exploits the weaknesses in our human nature. Cruel and disgusting he may be but still human and humans can be cruel and digusting btw.

WHY SHOULD HE FEAR JSUT BECAUSE HE DOESNT NOT FEAR OR FEEL ANYTHING DOES THAT JUSTIFY IS DEATH? JUST BECAUSE HE DISTRUPTS THE STATUS QUO? JUST BECAUSE HE IS DIFFERENT. READ THE STRANGER FFS!

im also 15 years old :)

silent999

What part of his nature do you not understand?

This man does not fear death.

He does not fear what we can do to him.

He is not capable of empathy.

The only thing we can do as punishment is end his existence, since his existence will only aggravate people.

Just becuas this man goes against the normal and disrupts the status quo does not mean he deserves death. I dont want people to live in fear. fearing death and wether or not he has emotions has nothing to do with it. just becuase he does not share qualties that some people have does not mean he deserves to die.

But will fear prison just as much personally I think life in prison is a lot scarier than death. And are actually defending this man?!?!?!?!:?

Keeping this freak will alive will KEEP people in fear because HE KILLS PEOPLE.

EDIT: Silent hasn't posted in quite a while. I think he's realized the flaws of his defense of a child murderer.

That does not work on these sociopathic nutjobs. For us, that would be horrible. To him, he would sit there, proud he served satan.
