Oh, come on. He stayed at that church for 20 years, and he wrote a book (The Audacity of Hope) after a Rev. Wright sermon, which said "white peoples greed runs a world in need." :|

Give me a break, their are radical religious leaders on both sides.

McCain has "Radical religious leader" friends and/or mentors?

Palin comes from a freak religion with witchcraft.

biden is doing horrible, he stutters iquote

"what barack obama doesn't understand....... err umm i mean john mccain."

palin is winning big time.

Fact: joe biden is a stuttering, ugly, loser, democrat.

Im SO SICK that all you people are loser democrats

ferrari2001

Everyone here knows I'm a huge McCain fan, but... I don't consider her winning, there's things she says that's good and things he's says thats good. I wouldn't say She is winning big time.. this debate is alot like the first McCain/Obama debate.

GameSpot is usually democratic and liberal, but oh well. This debate is like, "The guy I'm sided with says this" Response: "Oh yeah? Well the guy you're sided with does that!" It's like a third person debate.

I don't know what is more suprising, the fact that stubborn Americans voted Bush back into office for a second term, or the fact that some americans are now backing the candidate whose policies most resemble Bush (McCain) And I don't think I've ever seen Sarah Palin answer a tough question on the spot, at least straightforwardly.

Gams and Gammer FTW

mfacek

I think it's even worse voting for an inexperienced liberal out of spite for Bush.

O please, people aren't voting for Mccain because he supports Bush's policies. Not just to spite Bush, but to get out of this mess where in.

Huh? What has experience gotten in the past 8 years, weren't Cheney, Powell, Robert Gates, Jim Nussle, and Joshua Bolton these are all people of immense power who had direct influence on Bush's decision making process... One could almost make the claim that it is better to a new fresh "inexperienced" candidate who had absolutely no part in the horror that has been the past 8 years (it is almost daunting to think that president Bush started with a surplus). John McCain has admitted that he often voted and sided with Bush in many of his decisions and policies, and McCain's own policies seem to have taken alot of inspiration from the Bush rubric also.

Pretty predictable debate. Palin's smirk everytime she finshes a sentence bugs me.

Palin comes from a freak religion with witchcraft.

BioShockOwnz

And Obama came from a church, as a memeber of 20 years, which has a Reverand that is racist, anti-american, toxic filth. Obama liked Rev. Wright so much that he named a book after one of this sermons. Here's a quote from that sermon; "white peoples greed runs a world in need."

And the only reason Obama ever "left" the church is because it was hurting his Presidency race. What a joke.

Because technically, a VP really doesn't have any power. They have ONE single responsibility in their entire position and that's if there is a tie in the Senate, they are the deciding vote. That's it. So they really can't talk about things that they cannot change themselves. Besides the only way they'll get to be VP is if their running mate wins.

Come on, be honest. That's in context. "White peoples greed runs a world in need." Obama names his book after the sermon that quote is taken directly from. You believe these politicians a tad bit too much. Look past the smoke & mirrors, bud. Educate yourself about the facts.

That depends on your POV. With the Bail-out debacle I HATE the people in Washington.
