Alright. Give me one Arab leader's name who doesn't like Israel? GO!

and regarding Iran being in the middle east, its debatable. The borders of the region are not absolute, some include Turkey and Morocco and even Afghanitan (which is too far imo) and some dont.

[QUOTE="outworld222"][QUOTE="kingkong0124"]Dude, HE LIKES ISRAEL, he negotiates with them all the time and he goes to Netenyahoo and Netenyahoo visits him. No you're incorrect. Isn't that kinda the opposite of liking? I give up on this thread. I proved both of you wrong. You're welcome.themajormayor
Assad doesn't like Israel and he is an Arab Leader.FMAB_GTOthe better question would be which arab leader does like Israel?
Assad doesn't like Israel and he is an Arab Leader.FMAB_GTOAssad doesn't even like his own countrymen.
Assad doesn't like Israel. He likes them just fine. Look what's happening in Syria. There is violence everywhere and not a single thing happened to his friends, Israel.Alright. Give me one Arab leader's name who doesn't like Israel? GO!

[QUOTE="kingkong0124"][QUOTE="BossPerson"]no, he would just roll over and submit to israelBossPersonWrong. then what would he do instead of negotiate? Negotiation is something that precedes a potential friendship
There are certain laws in Israel that are based upon Jewish law such as no public transit and business being closed on the Jewish Sabbath. The Cheif Rabbinite has authority over marriages. And no, Israel is not the home for anyone of Jewish descent regardless of religion. Jews who have converted to another religion can be denied the Right of Return (and conversely people who aren't Jews by birth, but have converted to Judiasm are often granted the Right of Return).

Few things wrong with the above:
1) "no public transit and business being closed on the Jewish Sabbath"
There are public transit systems and businesses open on saturday.
2) "Jews who have converted to another religion can be denied the Right of Return (and conversely people who aren't Jews by birth, but have converted to Judiasm are often granted the Right of Return)."
Note- In a completely contridactory manner with the jewish religion.

You only negotiate with your friends, not your enemies.[QUOTE="outworld222"][QUOTE="kingkong0124"] If he liked then, they wouldn't be having these negotiations. worlock77
Say what?
Well, that applies only to the Israeli and Palestinian issue.[QUOTE="kingkong0124"][QUOTE="BossPerson"]no, he would just roll over and submit to israelBossPersonWrong. then what would he do instead of negotiate?
hmm.. I don't know, respect one another and live in peace? But I'm talking about peace here...Arab leaders and peace seem to be mutually exclusive for the most part of history.

So many ridiculous posts in one thread, where to start? First of all, Israel and the Jewish people have been under attack for centuries. The only thing that changes is the intensity of the attack. Israel deals with constant threats both within its border and outside its border. Israel's enemies have, in recent decades, focused their efforts towards harming it via terrorism in order to minimize accountability of states and nations. The question of "if" a country bombs Israel is quite absurd considering that Israel is being bombed as we speak in the south from Gaza's Hamas, essentially a proxy of Iran. So Iran is attacking Israel right now, and has been doing so for decades both in and around Israel and in far parts of the globe (the bombings in Argentina targeting a Jewish community centre in 1994 and the the Israeli embassy in 1992, both in Buenos Aires).
Second, the attitude that America will defend Israel is absurd. Beyond America's foreign aid to Israel since 1979 (which has been almost exclusively been reserved for military purchases from American arms manufacturers), America has never sent a soldier to fight, bleed, or die for Israel. Anyone who asserts that America will jump in front of a bullet for Israel should ask where America was in 1947-1949, 1956, 1956, 1967, 1973 (and don't tell me about Nixon/Kissinger's airlifting of emergency arms to Israel during this war), 1982, or 2006 when Israel was being attacked by Arabs/Muslims. What about the first or second Intifadas? I can't predict the future, but if the past is any indication, America will never fight for Israel (as opposed to fighting for Arabs/Muslims in Bosnia, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and having soldiers stationed in Arab/Muslim majority countries) and place its soldiers at risk for Israel's security. I don't expect America to do so, either, nor is Israel America's responsibility. But the prdictable anti-semitic leftists will spew this false narrative of Israel and "the Jewish lobby" manipulating America, rather than the truth which is America bullying Israel (with a complicit Israeli government permitting itself to be under the thumb of America).
