Not really. The starting pitching was the weakest aspect of the Mets in 06. Glavine had an average year that was the best out of a mediocre bunch. 06 was all about the bullpen and hitting.

I can't see them taking two monster contracts on pitching. I see him re-signing with the Phillies. Hopefully.
And agreed on Sandy Koufax. I'd love to see him pitching today.
