I am sorry, but getting people back into reading is completely outweighed by the downright dangerous messages the book sends to young girls.
Oh yeah, true love is having sex where the girl has her bones broken and passes out. Oh yeah, if a guy leaves you hurt yourself to the point of near death because that will get him back. Don't mind if he is cold and abusive, just stick with it because you can unluck his nice fluffy side!!!

When the hell did they have sex?
He loved her anyways, he left because he thought it was dangerous for her to be with them, Vampires, because recently before he left one of his brothers went nuts when she cut her finger and almost killerd her, so the family left for Bella's safety, and edward just made it seem as though he didnt love her anymore but really well he was gone he ached for her just as much as she hurt for him.
She does dangerous things not because that will bring him back but because when she does dangerous things in the book, she hears his voice, and that gave her some hope for life, thats how much she loved him, she just wanted to hear him one more time, it had nothing to do with that she though he was going to come back because she did stupid things.
You should really read the ****in books before you talk **** about them...
No... he doesnt, he thinks shes dead and he is going to kill himself because he had told her that he wouldnt live without her. Yes thats still not a great message but you need to get your facts straight before you start talking about how you dont like something.
Maybe thats later in the 3rd book, or in the 4th, i dont know, but its not meant like that. The Werewolves, when they see their soul mates they are eternaly attatched to that person essentialy. So hes not attracted to the baby or anything, just he feels through his instinct thatthat child will be his soul mate whenshe grows up.
ooh man, i would love to argue, but i havent gotten that far.... thanks for ruining it for meD=
But really, you should "Read the books", not read an overview...tell everyone that you havent read the books personaly and your opinions will be void anyways. So i'm done.
