Ignoring the bit at the end about defects, which I believe is completely rubbish, this is probably the only decent argument I've seen against making incest legal. Other than this, I think it should be perfectly legal, but the bolded issue alone causes some serious concerns.

1) there are countless ways that people are "forced" or "pushed" into marriages as they are now. Whether it be pressure from family members/religion, financial need, or unexpected impregnation. Why do you treat the possibility of non consensual marriages as if it is exclusive to incest?

2) Even if one member is older, that doesnt mean that the younger sibling will be pressured into the relationship. This is such a groundless assumption. Just because two people are incestuous, that doesnt make one of them a rapist or a perpetrator of domestic abuse.
