I haven't been following the game up to this point so my opinion is based strictly on a play through of the demo much too late last night...
Nice graphics. Actually in some areas, very, very nice graphics ;) with very good performance. Once you get used to them, the controls work well. The combat is a mixture of brawling and stealth techniques.
What I didn't like as much is the demo had a confining and rather scripted feel to it. Move from section to section clearing out the henchmen before moving to the next section, each section being a small area to work in -- although the sections were getting progressively larger.
There are limited opportunities for object interaction and those there can be clearly indentified in investigate mode. Some interaction, such as moving an object, was done by repeated button pressing (to me, this brings a more "console" feel to the game).
The subsequent trailers/video following the demo seemed to indicate there are quite a few more detective elements to the game yet to be experienced, so that has the potential to be very cool. However, judging by the demo alone I can see how the game could become repetitive.
I'm not convinced this game will have significant appeal to PC gamers in particular, but it's worth keeping an eye on. Definitely appreciate the demo nevertheless.
