Just bought the Indie Clever Pack. All those games in there look so great for that price. Can't wait to play them all :)

I'm liking this sale so far
Alpha Protocol, Batman, Tropico 3 with expansion, Torhlight, Deus Ex, Deus Ex Invisible War only spending about $35
sales until the 29th is real nice
[QUOTE="CoolSkAGuy"]does anyone know if DoW2 works with a GTX 460?sn4k3_64Of course it will :P Really? I've heard that it crashes and system locks.
[QUOTE="sn4k3_64"][QUOTE="CoolSkAGuy"]does anyone know if DoW2 works with a GTX 460?CoolSkAGuyOf course it will :P Really? I've heard that it crashes and system locks. Well generally it should be able to run pretty much anything, unless maybe its a driver conflict?
Should I get Blur or Burnout? Putting all the weapons and unique things aside which game has better straight up racing? I know blur has a bunch of cool new things but if the core racing aspect of the game isn't as good as burnout I would rather go with burnout. I have played burnout before so I know its good (if your into that arcade style racing). EDIT: Decided to go with Burnout! Blur looks like it has no free roam and also no traffic.dan_plus_oI've played burnout and its good fun, blur looks ok but i hate the way the cars just bounce off the walls. I think you should give burnout a go
So far I bought Torchlight, Borderlands, Deus Ex GoTY Edition, Audiosurf and their Clever Indie Pack, all for $25. That's nine games for $25. I'm loving this sale.
Yeah, it's pretty cool for those that do not have L4D2 ($5). That's a steal. EFLC is nice too but Gamestop.com has that for an even better price at $7.50. Still, I would rather pay that extra $2.50 just to have it on STEAM. Too bad I already purchased the one from Gamestop. Boo. Tbh, I'm a little disappointed once again. It's great for those that have been living under a rock for the past 2 years. :PThe next batch looks good.

I'm glad to see EFLC up there, which means that now there'll be more people for the multiplayer!

GOOD. :DI see nothing i want from this set of sales :(lawlessxSteam seems to be the major influential download service though. Every time they put up their new batch, other download services seem to whip up something new as well. So if nothing interest you on Steam, I would direct your way to GamersGate.com or D2D to see what's up there. Even Gamestop.com may surprise you, or GoGamer.com (which is retail shipping though). ;)
Is there anything in EFLC that I won't understand if I haven't played GTA 4? Unless it is on sale tomorrow I will wait for the Holiday sale. I'm definitely not buying it from Gamestop with their stupid insurance. Steam justifies the wait/ extra cost because I have all of my other games on there.

No, the story differs although there are points where you see intersections of the story between EFLC and GTA 4. I find EFLC more entertaining to play, although GTA 4's multiplayer seems more active still. Not necessary at all to understand GTA 4's story.
Left 4 Dead 2 is only 3.50 euros.. Is it worth it? Is multiplayer good?rronqe
Hell yea! They have mutation modes every week that introduce a new game (example, survivors cannot heal, survivors use chainsaw, there is only one survivor etc.)
If you guys get EFLC, add me on GWFL : mhofever. I'm always looking for some people to play with on LaTD

Well that is good then. I'll probably end up getting 4 when it is on sale also. Thank you.

Thanks but they have this "download insurance thing there" which really makes me think they're kind of sneaky. I just like all of my games on steam. Anyway, I think that EFLC will keep me busy for a while.

I'm tempted to grab GTAIV from gamestop for $5, you can always delete the insurance option. I'm wondering once they send me the activation code, if I could enter it in steam and download the game from there?
We are on the same boat, I already have most of the deals (cod4, l4d2, 2 out of 5 indie games). Hopefully tomorrow is Just Cause 2 day. Anyways these deals are insane nonetheless.have actually been disappointed so far. Many games either already owned or have no interest in. Oh well at least it will save me some money for a change.

Yeah, but then I wouldn't be able to download it if I deleted it. You could only start it from steam. unless you bought it on steam or it is a steamworks game then you can't download it.
Hmm..not much i'm looking for..
but how about the indie pulse pack? It seems like a pretty good package, orare it just play it once and never againgames?

The game only comes with 3 licenses to install :( But if you dont want the insurance options there really isnt a problem. All you are missing is the files you still have the CD key. Just torrent a copy of the game and dont apply any of the cracks or anything and just use your CD key. (i shouldnt get moderated for this since im not talking about piracy right?)Hmm..not much i'm looking for..

They're great. I just played Audiosurf and its awesome. It takes a music that of your own choosing from your computer and synchronizes it and analyses it to generate the track to follow the flow of the music.
Tnx,audiosurf does look good, plus just played polynomial demo and that looks great too. not so sure about the others, but those two alone are probably worth the package.

Unfortunately, it doesn't activate through Steam. They give you 3 licenses and you must activate it through their SecuRom.
Edit: You're right.
