Oh ok... so I guess when I finally get the game it will all be in Black and White with 2D 16bit Sprites...?

No instead you get a kiddy looking trying-too-hard-to-have-cartooney-appeal-of-WoW with low end graphics and incredible akwardly bad animations of that stupid cartooney spin off series. Nothing good looking about the actual game. gameplay generic, artisticly generic, technically generic. I would mistake this $100 budget MMO with a free 2 play if it wasnt starwars and the bioware sign slapped across it.

As amazing as the pre rendered cinematics are (which aren't being done by Bioware mind you), the game is looking overwhelmingly unremarkable. I'd really not like to play another hollow MMORPG, so atm by hopes are on GW2 and Planetside Next.skrat_01

True, what we have seen so far looks very unremarkable, others are just eh (did you see the ressurection system?). I am trying to keep my hopes up that Bioware has things in store which may redeem an overwise very unremarkabe looking product. All it takes is a few good confirmations and this game might do a complete U-turn.

GW2 and Firefall will be my next mmos most likely, Planetside Next is interesting as well, but I sucked at planetside :( (but still enjoyed it nonetheless).

Yeah, I was expecting more graphics like Age of Conan. But still...I am excited, but will keep my opinion reserved until I actually play the game.

I think people are a little more concerned with the gameplay rather than the setting...

Bioware was a proven developer before EA bought them. Once EA bought them we got DA2. Also EA and LA are proven bad MMORPG publishers, there is more to this than just KOTOR.

Maybe you will love it, I hate WoW (because it feels just like EQ 1 to me) but 3 million Americans, 1 million Europeans, and a bunch of people in Asia love it. Starwars + MMO = SWG. LA + the coming of WoW = SWG NGE, Bioware + EA = DA2. That is a lot of forumlas to be cautious of....

But the gameplay will never live up to the cinimatics in a hundered million years. To me trailers like this are just smoke and mirrors. Like with final fantasy x, I saw the trailer in 2001(all cutscenes) and thought the game would be great but it turned out to be one of the worst games I have ever played.
