hey dudes, i wuz just feeling high, let a dude say wat he wants. Think about it millions of fans round the world at that moment when playing MGS4 won't be thinking about hating or fighting war or even cancer patients wont remember their condition, the point is everyone will be having a good time...and yea a lifetime is shorter than a millenium or aeon but it means more than both of those just like a moment of happiness feels better than a lifetime of regret, and shorter too unfortunately

Hey MGS fans, whats cracking? Is it just me or is this waiting dragging on like a mofo. It feels as if the closer we get to game release the slower the days go by. I live in Aus and we didn't get MGS: EC so I'm stuck with MGS: PO and MGS: TS I started playing MGS3: SE but that just made it go slower. We should all just party for the next 7 days, then have 2 night to recover and then kablammo! MGS4 is released and we get lost in yet another portion of this awesome story.

I thought they would put it up on sunday, but they didn't, so we might have to wait for a whole week=(

i just saw x play and they had a feature where they were talking about how komani didn't want reviewers talk about certain aspects of the game (things we already New IMO) such as multiple instals, and 90 min. cut scenes. i guess they took that as reviews would down the cause of that. mind you this was posted on friday and you all know about this.

personally i play that game for the story not the technical aspects of the game. they guy on x play was like "what if its so much instal that i have to move or delete things i already have" sounds like a personell problem.

IMO, I think Snake will fight tell the end, but I'm thinking he might defeat Liquid Ocelot and the patriots will still be out there and Snake will fail in bringing them down.

Hey everyone. i think everyone needs to watch the first ever MGS4 trailer. you know the one from 2006 at TGS?. it brings back alot. BTW whatever happened to snake injecting himself with an unknown substance? also remember when everyone doubted it could look as good as the trailer. remember all of the "it pre-rendered" junk? and most of all remembeer when everyone kept saying this old guy in the old trailers was Big Boss or someone other than Solid Snake?coolasj19

Yes, I remember that, Kojima wanted it to look like that when they first starting working on it but his team said the budget is not enough to achieve so they had to lower it a bit.

And about Snake injecting himeself one of the late trailers of last year showed Snake injecting himself so I gues it is still there, they just didn't show much of it.

And about the guy being Big Boss and not Solid Snake, people just said that because Snake said in MGS2 he is not a fan of blades and this trailer showed him carring a knife which led some to say it is Big Boss, while they forgot Snake was trained by Big Boss when he was new member of Foxhound, so there is no surprise snake can perform CQC moves.

Since I can't post anything related to MGS4 on the PS3 forum except in here I just wanted to inform you guys that I won't be able to provide you the latest news as soon as they're out concerning MGS4 and anything Metal Gear because of "them" and their "laws". Anyway just wanted to let you know that you could add me on Windows Live Messenger(MSN) for the latest info. Why isn't Sony hyping this game... there are not many advertisment on MGS4... and it due out next week. They need to market MGS4 to a larger scale since it their huge franchise.

It's an action figure of the same person. It's Snake. They can't change much except for the Octo-Cam skin. Don't expect them to make Snake in jeans or leather pants with cowboy boots and rayban sunglasses.

No dude. What you already got is the Metal Gear SAGA 2.0 DVD which is the bonus when pre-ordering MGS4 in North America. That bonus isn't available in Europe or anywhere else. That blu-ray in that picture is the Making of Documentaries and interview with Hideo Kojima and more. That will be included in the LE version of MGS4 in europe and in US. The US version of the LE doesn't get the action figure. Instead, we're getting a huge EPIC looking metal box with a shinkawa design not seen on the european version which contains the game, the blu-ray, the OST and the art book. I'd go for the US version anytime. wait till you see how epic the metal box is.

As of now, the U.S. is not getting the action figure. If you want to get the European edition of MGS IV then you could always import it. PS3 games are region free so there's nothing to worry about.
