Anyway, I have no interest in starting a thread about trump trying to end asylum from countries not connected to the US. To be honest its better if liberals keep freaking out about the tweets, its great, hes been on a twitter spree last couple days.

I'll accept your apology now.

Another day, another outrage over yet another tweet, and indeed, such day where Congress was spending needless time on arbitrary and moot proceedings when there's a million other more pressing issues at hand.

@r-gamer: the economy was doing great under Obama. He even projected the budget would be balanced by this year. A fairly responsible way to run the government. Trump is a con man snake, he's running $1 trillion dollars plus deficits and putting the Obama economy in over drive. With 1 trillion dollars deficits in good times, any monkey with half a brain can have a great economy. This moron is playing with fire. What will happen when there's a recession again? The next Democrat elected to clean up the mess will have to run $2 trillion deficits.

The US empire is collapsing from within and morons like Trump just speed things up.

Sounds like he doesn't mind blatantly racist speech (which isn't even being debated now, they lost that one pages ago) as long as it pushes forward his political agenda.

Well. If the President says something blatantly rascist I'd expect outrage. This time its from both sides and even foreign countries. Hell even White Supremacists said its racist (although they seem happy about it)......

Its all connected. the tweets, the squad conference, all while working towards ending asylum by any person who comes to america through another country not connected. If he can do this then Trump will have effectively ended asylum in general, unless they are of Mexico or Canada.

Trump goes on twitter and makes some bombastic comments, says nothing illegal, doesnt say any ethnicity, says a phrase that "could be implied as racism" This right after AOC and Nancys sparring match, where AOC implied Nancy was targeting her and the squad for being woman of color.

Nancy then comes out to do a conference on the National stage with the justice league squad after trumps tweet. So they can talk about why they are upset at trumps tweets. This attracts all the major media outlets like nats. Now every website is talking about tweets and the justice league democrats again. lol

Meanwhile Trumps in the back actively working towards ending asylum entirely, while the left freaks out over the tweets.

Its better that you guys keep talking about these tweets tho imo, I don't even know why i'm telling you this, your ignorance is bliss and it works in my favor Because i want Trump to get it done.

Democrats could be attacking Trump and calling him all the same buzzwords by focusing on the fact hes currently trying to end asylum. Which is super important and will actually have a lasting impact. But a tweet?Of a phrase that could have been aired on the Simpsons? oh god how offensive.. im literally crying right now lol

Even Nacy knows that the justice league can be bad optics for the left sometimes, thats why she basically told AOC to stfu and stop tweeting... Then Trump forces Nancy to get them on stage with her to do a conference on Trump tweets lmao.

Anyway, I have no interest in starting a thread about trump trying to end asylum from countries not connected to the US. To be honest its better if liberals keep freaking out about the tweets, its great, hes been on a twitter spree last couple days. I'm pretty sure hes getting what he wants out of it.

I don't understand what you think you will gain by talking about the tweets tho, Since Before trump won the left has been calling him a racist? since 2015 they haven't stopped, progressives have watered the word down so much anyway. it just bounces off, you might as well be calling him dumb or stupid at this point. That's about how much the word means at this point.

No, its not a lunatic shit post, i'm being genuine with you. If that was the impression, please go back and actually read what i said as posted above^^^

That is how i see this entire situation, which part do you disagree with?

Here are the 4 Republicans who voted to condemn Trump's racist tweets

Alongside Rep. Justin Amash, who left the Republican Party earlier this month, the four GOP House members who voted for Tuesday's resolution are listed below.

  • Rep. Will Hurd (TX-23)
  • Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-01)
  • Rep. Fred Upton (MI-06)
  • Rep. Susan Brooks (IN-05)

Hurd was a given.

It's worked out in my favor too. I'm one of several people who benefited from aspects of what Trump has done.

But, then again, I benefited from some of what Obama did, too. And the costs of Obama's benefits, despite how limited they were by comparison for me, were far more palatable.

My grandfather once said, "Knowledge is the greatest of damnation. Because with knowledge comes responsibility." It was the only comment he ever made on the Civil Rights era. Until we elected Trump, I never fully understood his words.

So I think my opinion of backing something just because it benefits you, even when it is monstrous, should be quite clear.

@zaryia: imo the border should be secure, we should check peoples identity before comming in and out, i dont think its smart to have people trying to swim across the rio grand with thier children to get in the country.

All must come to port of entry and do it the legal way.

I think its wrong to decriminilize crossing illegally, and have massive gaps in the border and tell them if they can make it over they will get free healthcare, thats wreckless, open borders is wreckless.

What i ultimately want is for us to secure the border and process people legally.

So when I say this is in my favor, anything Trump can do to slow the illegal crossings is in my favor, because i do not believe that will help America. I find it wreckless.

And it is great, to watch you attack trump on such petty tweets, instead of adressing what hes doing right now policy wise.

You care more about AOC being hurt by a tweet than actually getting anything done for the country or addresing policy. Hell you care more avout AOC and Omar getting sad by trumps tweets than the illegal immigrants wanting asylum lol. Your a hypocrite. you cry racism but have nothing of substance, Thats what i find great, the idocracy. The race baiting oppresion olympics of the left has gotten so deep for you its as if you dont even know whats going on. What your focused on is superficial and blown out of proportion.

Trump shouldnt stop tossing out bait if your just going to keep shoving it down your throat, the majority of americans arent as sensitive as you might be and will find it to be an over reaction and rediculous.

What ignorance and stupidity? That she doesn't accept far right wing and racist agendas?

Many call her stupid and insult her intelligence, only to get annihilated by her or blunder in a big way. Its been an ongoing pattern. She is the best political combatant in DC and it shows when she (and her Squad) can dig her (and their) nails into the president, strike a nerve, and lead him to a racist rant that is condemned by everyone but his party.

The right and the center love to underestimate her ability to really hurt them.

Fortunately I (an independent) and most Democrats (who funded border security this year, and for decades) agree with everything you just said!

Only we don't see the need for the President to say racist things to get this stuff done.

Your weird idea of Trump using racism as some "Super totally cool 4dchess trollin da libz!" is idiotic and childish.

@jeezers said:

Citation?

I need a poll regarding this specific tweet for you to make such a claim.

It was pretty racist.

No I don't. I'm just calling out the tweet for what it was. Racist. Republicans even said so. Foreign leaders said so. WHITE SUPREMACISTS SAID SO.

You're the one getting all bent out of shape about policy. I barely mentioned policy ITT.

I'm not sure what insane psychobabble bullshit you are talking about, but Trump's tweet was racist. That's all. There isn't anything else going on here.

@jeezers said: So when I say this is in my favor, anything Trump can do to slow the illegal crossings is in my favor, because i do not believe that will help America. I find it wreckless.

Then you should be mad at him. It's much worse under him than Obama. However, it's still exponentially less than it used to be decades ago. Apparently USA never blew up.

jesus people.

TRUMP must hate this country a lot! He was critical for decades.

This is all such a farce lmao.

He was critical of the country for years and has had the guts to become president and do something about it. He gives his presidential salary to charity and the abuse he and his family have taken for over three years to help this country is a disgrace. I see no senceable ideas coming from the left to improve the country, only destruction as all of their policies they have enacted have done. The policies of the left always generate the opposite of their stated intent.

@JimB: So pursuing a position within congress does not count as 'doing something about it'? Also Trump does not donate to charity, he sends his quarterly salary to different areas of government. Don't act like it's a big sacrifice on his part; his yearly salarly doesn't even equal 1/10 of 1% of his net worth. It's the equivalent of me donating 1 dollar a year.

What a complete and utter failed comparison here.

No, donating close to ½ a million is not equal to you donating a 1$, while sure to him 400.000 is not a lot but to a charity 400.000 can help a lot.

It´s like 100$ to you is not a lot but if you give a 100$ to someone in India or another 3rd world country it´s a whole different story.

AOC, ilhan omar, tlaib, etc are all polling at extremely low approval ratings, about 20% over all and well into the single digits amongst swing voters, this means that even within their respective districts they are extremely unpopular amongst voters and with pelosi and schumer still having the control over the DNC that they do, i wouldnt be surprised to see an effort from within the DNC to primary these individuals out of office

trump is trying to keep attention on these four as they are destroying the DNC from within.. if people begin to associate the DNC not with people like pelosi and schumer, but with people like omar and AOC, they're fucked come 2020

Solid shitposting sir obvious-farm-account, but the polling you're referring to was leaked internal information with an extremely narrow demographic of white, non-college educated voters, in swing states that voted for Donald Trump in 2016. It isn't a scientifically conducted poll, and in no way reflects their popularity in their districts nor the favorability of upcoming democratic election prospects as you said.

https://www.axios.com/alexandria-ocasio-cortez-poll-democrats-2020-aeaa3771-f142-4059-b79e-1fed569dfdf9.html

The only thing Trump has done for the DNC with these tweets has reunify them in a time of internal conflict, against the common enemy. The House has already set forth and voted on resolutions to condemn his statements, and internal disagreement over the border humanitarian fund voting is completely forgotten.

@r-gamer: of course Trump inherited a great economy.

He is also 1 million behind Obama in jobs created when comparing Obama's last 2 years to Trump's first two years.

Trump has managed to keep the economy propped up with endless, uncontrolled spending. That's why the deficit has skyrocketed to over 1 trillion dollars.

It will catch up eventually

@Nuck81: Oh and how did Obama improve the economy?

By adding to the US debt more then any President in history.

You have to spend money to make money.

@burntbyhellfire: that's their national approval rating. They are popular in their district.

Mitch McConnell has a 33% rating in ky and 26% nationally in Comparison

no, thats according to door to door polls taken within their own districts, people are still pissed at her pushing away thousands of amazon jobs, theyre polling SINGLE DIGITS in their own district amongst swing voters, and around 20% of democrats

trump is trying to make these women the new face of the democratic party, and pelosi knows its going to sink them if he accomplishes this.. hes fanning the flames of division and in-fighting within the DNC

Telling anyone to "go live somewhere else" because they have a different view is not what America is about. We are strong because we are made up of people who have individuality, and are free to pursue within the law their own goals and live their own lives. To tell someone to get out because they are exercising that freedom is to hurt America.

We are made up of various states and districts and territories that are all different, but we are united under a common federation. People even stereotype others from different regions, saying oh yeah I can tell that person is from NY even down to the street they live on.

How are you going to tell someone to go elsewhere? Forget about race, forget about politics, just in general. That's unamerican. What happened to "I wholly disagree with what you say and will contend to the death for your right to say it." Americans believe in that and it too supports the idea that we believe in coexisting with others that have different ideas and ideals.

@Nuck81: You too bro. I mean to think a President can just coast on what another president did for 3 years. To bad most economists disagree with you.

@zaryia: Sorry but to give Obama credit nearly 3 years later is hillarious.

Obama does get credit for the lowest unemployment.

The majority of the drop was from 2009 to January 2017.

He inherited Obama's booming economy. He's managed to keep it going the same exact slope it was already going for 8 years. Although Obama did have a superior job's record.

He does get credit for keeping it going the way it was going. That's all economists agree on. They also agree Obama turned it around and we are seeing the same growth.

AOC, ilhan omar, tlaib, etc are all polling at extremely low approval ratings,

Trump has the lowest average approval rating in modern history and is the only President in history to not go over 50%.

@taylor12702003: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_political_parties_in_the_United_States

It exists, and there are tons of other parties as well, including racist parties.

No, but if you say something racist you probably will be a racist. What you said, while stupid, wasn't racist.

But on what you said: it's unlikely as there aren't many socialists in the Dem Party. There already is a Socialist party, and they aren't part of it because their policies don't call for that. That is unless you think Canada, UK, Denmark, and Norway are socialist (they aren't).
