For a chance to play for the NBA Title.

Orlando in 6. Celtics played very well but I still feel that the Magic are the most dominant team in the east.
Boston in Six/Seven, my eyes opened when they tookover this past series and winning tonight. I think the Magic has a much better supporting cast and coach than Cavs, so it wont be easy.
The difference between this year and last year is that Garnett is healthy and playing this series. GO CELTICS!

and nelson ,carter & barnes
go magic!
I say Boston in six. The Celtics look more like the team that exploded out of the gates with the 23-5 record it had earlier in the year that I predicted to win it all again. The C's are finally starting to show their defensive prowess again, and as a whole, everyone seems to be 'clicking' at just the right time to make a legit run at things.
The inclusion of Garnett being healthy is a major plus, and I expect his momentum from the Cleveland series to carry over into this one from both the offensive and defensive end. The Celtics also have a number of big bodies that they can use against Dwight Howard that should prove to be a far more challenging task that anything he has faced thus far. Last, but not least, it looks like Rasheed Wallace is finally showing a level of effectiveness that made Boston go after him, and if the end of the series against the Cavs is a sign of anything to come, he could be a MAJOR factor in this series with the potential matchup problems he bring.
The advantages the Magic have would be with homecourt advantage and the rest that they've had this year in the playoffs, but I'm not sure how much either of those points will factor into the series postivitely for them. My biggest concern for the Magic is that they're still a team that focuses a LOT on their 3-point shooting, and that's always a question mark going deep into the playoffs, especially against a great defensive team that's discipline enough to stay at home on shooters throughout the course of multiple games. Add the fact that they haven't really been tested this year in the playoffs, and there might be some sort of shock effect going against a team that just handedly beat the league's best record-holder and MVP. It should be a fun series, but I see Boston finding a way to make it to the Finals in the end.
man those last 2 wins were easy the cavs looked terrible
the magic are focused and ready to get back to the finals with that homecourt advantage over the lakers and take that title
they definitely arent rolling over and dying like the cavs thats for sure

I'm sure the Celtics playing really well had nothing to do with the cavs "looking" like they rolled over, no?[QUOTE="johnnyblazed88"]I'm sure the Celtics playing really well had nothing to do with the cavs "looking" like they rolled over, no?man those last 2 wins were easy the cavs looked terrible

yea they look as good as they have all year ill give them that
but that wasnt the 60 wins cavs. same goes for the hawks tho
Boston in 6. They were up 3-1 against ORL last year without Garnett, I expect this Celtics team to prove the world wrong, again.Mister__AwesomeI really hope your right. All my friends that are Magic fans will talk trash about the Cavs losing to the Celtics but if the Celtics beat the Magic I will be okay. I also Like KG a lot more than any player on the Magic.
Magic in 6. I just hope the Lakers dont win the title. Im hoping they dont even make it to the finals. ROCKETS4ever!!:D
As much as I would like the Celtics to win (so Lakers get homecourt advantage and get redeem themselves against the Celtics), I think Orlando will win in 6 or 7, but it could really go either way. Both teams have been playing excellent basketball and have a lot of momentum going into the ECF, especially the Celtics.
Celtics in 6 or 7 I hope.
But I think the Magic would beat L.A if they were to make it to the Finals more so then if Boston made it....
Jeez, that Celtics defense is suffocating. Great win for them, but I'm sure the Magic can get it together and win this series. It'll be tougher than I originally predicted though.
The Celtics team, despite the win is still being underestimated. A team like ORL at home is expected to make a run like they did in the 4th Quarter, but the grit and heart of the Celtics kept it a BOS win.Mister__AwesomeAfter beating LeBron and D-Wade, you can't underestimate Boston.
BOS will win the series. But don't be impressed cause they beat Miami Wade's. Cause as you can see only one player showed up all 5 games (Wade). LBJ gave up on his team so made it easier for BOS. But BOS is good enough to get to the Finals, but has no shot to win it all if they face the Suns, against the Lakers? Maybe, just Maybe.

Then I'd like to figure out why a number of people don't believe that Boston will win this series or even the Championship with the way they're playing right now. The thing about today's game was that Boston missed a number of chances to really blow the game wide open that first half and played pretty bad in the fourth quarter, which allowed Orlando's comeback.
Quite frankly, not only do I think the Celtics can play better than they did against the Magic today, but the challenges that they present to Orlando's game aren't going anywhere. Throughout this series, Dwight Howard is going to have a single big body daring him to have a Superman-type game each and every night on all aspects, and Boston's going to try to live with that and pretty much keep Orlando's 3-point shooting ways in relative check, since that's apparently the Magic's most powerful offensive weapon. I don't think what we saw in most of today's Game 1 is a one-time thing for this series, but rather something that can actually be EXPANDED on to some extent. I'm curious to seeing how and if Orlando adjusts going into Game 2.
