Guys no one cares about your stupid vibrant colors, what are you a girl? Men don't care about dumb stuff like that. What I do care about is 20 extra hours of total DLC, you can have your stupid vibrant colors and slightly better framerate. Now we should all be complaining about the lack of a review form gamespot not two versions of the game that are almost identical.g-rash

There are good reasons why the gamespot review isn't out yet.

Gamespot will not post a review untill they feel they have tested all parts of a game adequately.

but there have already been articles written that said the dlc is around 10 hours long the game is like 40 hours long

I believe the word "significant" has been used dozens of times by MS and rockstar reps since.

On a side note 3picuri3 was the first person to bring up the fact PS3 would be getting some sort of DLC content. Which speaks volumes.

i'm just saying it's speculation from a long time ago and many things have changed - so it's likely not that reliable. around that time Pacther and Morgan-Webb were speculating the DLC would be on the PS3 BRD to be unlocked at a later time. Rockstar has come forward and dispelled a few of those myths.

it's still a possibility, i'm just saying it isn't that reliable given the information we have now.

Point taken and I agree that the speculation what the DLC is is probably invalid since no one knows, but the interpretation ont he contract proper would still be valid since the contract is still in place. What I mean by this, is that Pachter's explanation on the financial terms of the contract are not likely to have been changed.

lol right, and the review appears right after retail. Like IGN didn't test theirs 'adequately'? The big boys are given the game early for that very reason, so they can fully get to grips with it.

i think there are a few rotten apples. to be honest most of the people that were dragging minute details through the other thread like trump cards were all obvious alt accounts, none of them had over 100 posts :)

In the past, its been a one horse race where one console is the clear winner and there is no support for other consoles since the market wasn't large enough. This gen, the market is so large that multiple competitors can co-exist and can be on equal terms, so this creates competition. If anything, this competition will mean game advancements will come more often than in the past. As multi-console owners, we can only benefit from the in-fighting in the market :D

It's because some people don't understand that reviewing games before release dates introduces the possibility of conflict of interest. If you get an early release copy of a game from a publisher to review, if you give it a bad score, in the future, the publisher may choose to boycott you when dishing out early release copies for review for future games. This probably doesn't happen a lot, but that is GS' opinion and I can see where they are coming from.

Gamespot actually have the strictest review policies of any site (to my knowledge). The downside is that it is often later on reviews. The upside is that you know they have the complete picture.

Most of my friends are on XBL as well. I am worried about these pop-in videos. I only hope it is all exaggerated.
