My main point is both systems have their pros and cons, and some games will look better or run better on one console while other will do on another. the reasoning for me saying that the PS3 isn't weaker is because if that was the case, comparisons wouldn't be saying that the PS3 is better in some games and the 360 in others.

The PS3 difference.
Sadly, just like with NCAA Football 08 and All-Pro Football 2K8, PS3 owners are stuck with an inferior version of Madden. While the game runs at 60 frames per second on Microsoft's box, Madden only clocks in at 30fps on Sony's console. The result? The gameplay isn't nearly as smooth as the 360 version and even stutters at times (see the difference in this comparison video). And that's the reason why we're scoring the PS3 edition slightly lower.

These kind of topis really make me laugh. Not the actual topic its self but the replys that come out from sony supporters. Really when are you all going to wake up you have been dooped by sony marketing. Even if the PS3 is more powerful on paper it's not showing it now, and all these microsoft paid EA off to make it 30fps are just out landish.

If the PS3 is more powerful it looks like your probably going to have to wait a while to see it if at all. You know its fine to buy a PS3 and enjoy it but don't put down your insecurities for paying far to much (in my opinion) for a machine which has yet to proove itself agains its nearest competitor both in terms of graphics, good games and sales. Just accept that for the time being the PS3 isn't a good machine to develope for, be it being difficult or too expensive, RAM constrainst and bottle necks occuring (I don't know all the terms I'm not a programmer).

What ever the reason it aint good so just accept that and hopefully in time it may get better but don'y try and kid yourself please, it always comes across that sony supporters are trying to convince themselves rather than others and that aint good.

Casuals are still going to buy this game regardless of what the framerate is, because it's madden. By the time EA puts out a madden game that's actually worth my time, it will probably be just as good on both platforms.
