[QUOTE="menes777"][QUOTE="m3Boarder32"] Yah bro, HomeTheater.com just named it the King of 2013 HDTV's for no reason at all.. http://youtu.be/BvJ-VEueE8km3Boarder32
If you want to go by what other people say, then LED is chosen and Plasma is for budget users. Â
"The Verdict
If you can afford them, LED-backlit HDTVs are the way to go. They're thin, energy efficient, and can produce a great picture, but getting all three of those features costs a premium. If you're on a budget, look for a good plasma screen. They're heavy power hogs, but you can get a gorgeous cinematic experience for not nearly as much money. If your budget is limited and you can't find a plasma, CCFL is likely your only other choice, but CCFL-backlit LCDs typically can't match plasmas or LEDs on screen size or features."

Edit: Â Sorry forgot my source.
That's an article from 2012 comparing 2012 TV's. 2013 Plasmas have better black levels than that 7,000 dollar Sharp Elite in the review. Good effort on your partExcept you kind of missed the point. Â There are websites out there praising Plasma as the best and other websites saying it's budget. Â It has it's strengths and it has it's weaknesses like any other piece of tech. Â If you want an LED you can find one that matches your plasma. Â And 4K is still in it's infancy more of less.
Also different subject but another overall point is that consoles won't be doing 4K games this gen. Â Try to downplay it's useful all you want but it won't change the fact that consoles cannot do it. Â Just like 1080p was out of the reach of consoles (except in a few rare cases) last gen.
