I actually dunno if it was delayed or just outright canned. I think all hopes of getting the MMO off it's face have kinda fallen by the way-side.

I loved XI, hence why I bought the CE of XIV. It was fun, but it just failed pretty hard at even the slightest things. Personally, the most annoying was the ridiculous amount of time it took NPC's to load :P Though this was fixed in a patch IIRC.

Alan wake is a unique case

MS ruined it by forcing Remedy to make it for Xbox 360, that means all of the things Remedy wanted to do with Alan Wake.. well they couldnt do it with the 360's hardware

yea...Alan Wake flopped 10 times harder than Killzone 3...it just didn't flop as hard as GT :( there are just so many big ps3 flops, it makes it so hard to escape "teh ownagez".

But it did not flop harder than KZ3. It was a new IP, not a hotly anticipated sequel in an AAA franchise. AW could have been more hyped, that is for sure.

Seriously, nothing is able to rival GT5.

6 years of development, all the $$$ poured into the development, "the return of the real driving simulator", how it would outscore and kill Forza, all the thousands of cars, the tracks, graphics, the completeness etc. I mean, it could not go wrong after 6 years, no?

I would even say it is above KZ1 and KZ3 combined in flopping badly.

There is no way escaping the depth of that floppage.

I didn't like Alan Wake at all but I still liked it better than Killzone 2 so I'm not giving it a chance. Also Killzone 3 had loads of hype so I don't know what you're talking about.

Well....ifyou had a racing game that claimed to be the god of racing games,6 years in the making and then flops...Then brags about the move controller and how hard core it is and going to sell better than kinnect........and flops.......And then...killzone 3. The so called hallo reach killer, thinking because they see the pretty graphics it's going to be much better. It flops. Hey if i was a cow, i would be going crazy too.
