Seeing as this is becoming a pattern, this begs the question. Can the X1X be considered a True 4k machine like hyped by Microsoft or a Faux 4k which can't achieve native 4k so often as it was hyped? What do you think warriors and trolls?
I don't care if it's checkerboard, native, dynamic, whatever. It's 4K. I'm so sick of seeing this crap. Some games are native, some are checkerboard, some are dynamic. The end, MS even clarifies this back at E3.

this negativity might affect sales but dont worry... once the console is out and the digital foundry reviews come in for call of duty..battlefront...assassins creed...etc...
you will be on cloud 9 and feel vindicated. your revenge is near.

Yeah...because this kind of shit really helped the conversation move forward

@drlostrib: Yes my first post had everything to do with the topic. All you do is troll.
It was just you whining about how tired you are of the topic. Didn't add shit

You troll all the time or are your genuine posts really just that bad

Yep, the funny thing is that whenever kuu2 or wrongvalencia or any of those lemmings do a thread using BS marketing to claim a game or games get native 4k without actual proof the same lemmings whining here about "giving it a rest" are the ones jumping head first on those threads praising the X1X. So their "give it a rest" actually translates to "stop making me butthurt", they're not really tired of the topic.
@ronvalencia: I don't care what your GPU is wrongvalencia, no one cares, so save your clics and stop posting the same picture for a millionth time. As if owning a GPU makes you any less of an idiot... Here is one of the thousand times you defended this game as being native 4k before.

As for F1 2017
Update: Codemasters has got in touch with us to clarify the rendering techniques used in F1 2017 on Xbox One X. Our original story stated the game would use native 4K on Microsoft’s new console, as we were told at E3 2017. That feat was achieved with just two weeks of work, but at the time, the team hadn’t made its final decision on whether it would stick to native 4K, or opt for a rendering technique to achieve that resolution instead.
X1X has reached native 4K before dev team decided to increase it's graphics settings over the normal console version.
F1 2017 will use a checkerboard reconstruction technique to hit 4K resolution on both Xbox One X and PlayStation 4 Pro, Codemasters has told us. The decision between native and checkerboard was all about where it saw the “most important gains” in visuals, and checkerboarding left “a significant amount” more GPU resources available to spend on other elements of the game, with improved reflections, higher-quality track shaders, and enhanced shadow precision being some of the visual upgrades on offer.
So what does that leave the X1X with? One non-indie game, Forza, that runs at native 4k 60fps? Really? That's the only one so far for this "true 4k console with no compromise"? Sheesh. The truth hurts, huh, lems.

Your world is going to fall apart in a few months, you're already on the edge it's going to be interesting watching the total collapse.

You literally said the exact same thing to me like ten or so months ago, using one of your many, many past alts. You were talking about the X1X, then called the Scorpio, and how it would run games up the wazoo 4k 60fps. It was something along the lines of "you cows are really going to eat crow in a few months". Man, I should dig in the archives for that one. But I'm nice.
Anyway, ten or so months later, you've got one major game that runs 4k 60fps on the X1X. One. Measly. Game.

You're quite confused about things from the past, I would have never of made that kind of assertion in the first place as I actually understand computer hardware. I don't have any idea where you're getting this 4K at 60 FPS nonsense from as if it's some kind of standard talked about or promised but it's pretty laughable.
It seems decently obvious to me that you've created this 4K at 60 FPS expectation as a means of attacking this system in every situation that it does not do that.

At 2560x1440, RX-580 has less memory bandwidth bottleneck and delivers near GTX 1070 range. For this game at this resolution, AMD's TFLOPS rivals NVIDIA's TFLOPS results.
RX-470's 46.2 fps result will lead to lower graphics settings.
X1X's GPU modifications are for certain game 3D engine(s) and devs who refuses to optimize for AMD GPU hardware e.g. Unreal Engine 4. It's well known EPIC is NVIDIA camper.
There's a reason why I purchased GTX 1080 Ti instead of the lesser GTX 1070.
@ronvalencia: So why are you showing powerpoint presentations from F1 2016, are you slow? We're talking about F1 2017 which you defended being native 4k several times because you're a dumbass.

Well, you said it. I can't remember what the words were, exactly. It was some thread where people were saying that the X1X, then the Scorpio, would not be capable of running games 4k @60fps. But whatever, it doesn't matter. Dude, there are very, very few games running native 4k anything on the X1X. The 4k 60fps thing is just funny because quite a few lems around here actually believed it was possible for the console, like the X1X was some miracle machine. I think it's a fine console, really. I'm just pushing your buttons a little.....or a lot. You make it too easy, dude. Ease up a little. XOXO
@ronvalencia: So why are you showing powerpoint presentations from F1 2016, are you slow? We're talking about F1 2017 which you defended being native 4k several times because you're a dumbass.
The main reason for using F1 2016 benchmarks for F1 2017 is the common game engine usage. During F1 2016's creation, Codemasters would have minimized known GCN design bottlenecks, hence enabling GPUs like RX-580 to reach near TFLOPS result with NVIDIA's TFLOPS counterpart and the knowledge with creating F1 2016 would be applied for F1 2017.
X1X's GPU modifications are mostly about optimizations against legacy 3D engines and some 3D engines doesn't need MS's hardware team intervention i.e. they are already close to GTX 1070/GTX 980 Ti results.
Try again cow dung.
Doom Vulkan 3D engine doesn't need X1X's hardware optimizations since both 5.1 TFLOPS R9-390 is already close GTX 1070 range.
MSI R9-390X at 1100 Mhz is already close to GTX 1070 range.
MSI R9-390X at 1100 Mhz already matched GTX 1070 range for this game.
One of AMD's big problem is Unreal Engine 4 and many games use this 3D engine.
ForzaTech's X1X rivaling GTX 1070 via custom hardware modifications only moves software optimization towards the hardware side.
XBO's MS game software base is not like Doom Vulkan with 8 ACE units processing model, hence Hawaii type GCN needs to be modified. Sony already has their 8 ACE units mod GCN with 44 CU and it's known as Hawaii XT.
PS4 NEO Option B could have slightly higher 1172 Mhz 36 CU PolarisPlus (5.4 TFLOPS) for mirror CU upgrade or non-CU mirror upgrade based on Hawaii XT with PolarisPlus updates (6 TFLOPS via 40 CU and 1172Mhz).
Both MS and Sony has been presented with two upgrade options. MS selected their option B while Sony selected their option A. It's Sony's own fault for selecting PS4 Pro's memory bandwidth.
Both MS and Sony has been presented with Vega subset IP selections. Both MS and Sony selected different areas.

And yet you are still wrong, how does it feel being such a failure wrongvalencia?
Too bad for you, F1 2017 was 4K when it was claimed to be 4K and after two weeks porting job. There are other native 4K games for X1X and you are still wrong cow dung.

And people with much more knowledge, common sense and ability to command the english language told you that you were wrong guiding your conclusions by vague marketing campaigns. Yet you didn't listen and insisted on behaving like a fool, maybe because you are a fool. So maybe this could serve you as a lesson to stop being a fool but I doubt it since a fool is just that, a fool.

You have turned SW into a spam folder. You suck at english, you can't even keep a basic logical connection on the simplest conversations, you copy paste the same crap over and over even though nobody cares about it and has been proven wrong a million times and you're basically 100% of the time wrong. You're a failure and a complete waste of virtual space, the only thing you're good at is at breaking people's mouse wheels because they try to scroll as fast as possible through your endless crap posts.
@pinkanimal: Lmao... this could be the biggest case of pot calling the kettle black in Gamespot forum history. Lol.
Unlike wrongvalencia I have always said that we should wait until the games actually release until calling them native 4k and that the hardware is not equivalent to the GTX 1070. I guess I was right and he was wrong. But lemmings don't learn and will keep overhyping it, believing MS lies and getting owned like usual.
