Exactly, that is only grass, of course if there is nothing else to do is rather easy, but when it comes to having a game behind it like RDR and Mafia seems something goes wrong in PS3 versions

I played the PC version with Physx on and it looks sooooooo good.

Particles flying around and the trench coat swaying in fluid motion.

Whats your specs and how is the performance with physx on?

Because when I turn physx on ,my fps go down by more than half.Just not worth it imo.

The game was developed simultaneously for all platforms. It was in no way a port.

Serious note, yes the difference is pretty obvious and it should come as no surprise. Unfortunately, PS3 needs more attention and a game that was developed on two other platforms at the same time does not help. But I think games like Uncharted 2, GOW 3 and Killzone 2 show the capabilities of the PS3 better than any multiplatform game to date.

every topic that comes along can be answered that way so they just need to quit playing footsie and get it out of the way.

Good graphics contribute to better game immersion, you want to feel like the game your playing is a real living breathing world that you've become a part of just by playing the game, and more realistic graphics help to accomplish that.Slimmin360

Now were I to make one along the lines of "PC is way superior to consoles, waaaay better gfx", I'd get nothing but "Gameplay is all that matters" and "apart from resolution you can hardly tell a difference".

Yah it ain't really worth it.

mine get cut just about in half on fps.

Although the requirements listed are too steep.,

If you have atleast a separate 8800gt or better then you can use it to play physx on medium and maybe high.

As much as you want to make yourself feel good I hate to break it to you but there IS a difference and as far as that exclusive mission stuff goes I see that as nothing more than a bone thrown to the dogs....uuumm I mean cows to make up for the poor graphical quality compared to the 360 and PC. I can live without the extra missions and I wouldn't be surprised if it was released for the 360 later down the line.

No excuses for the PS3 can be given anymore. The 360 is definitely more powerful. Developers already have ample enough time to know the PS3 hardware and still shoddy titles are produced.

I know these are just the demos but still people this is just embarrassing for the PS3. I mean the difference in the grass really jumps in your face. Also from what I'm hearing on the 2k forums it has poor shadows and overall the PS3 version is a pixelated mess compared to the cleaner 360 version.

if you own both a 360 and ps3 I really don't see how anyone could spend their hard earned 60 bucks on the watered down ps3 version. People can make fun of grass, foliage all they want but for me personally it's the little things...the little things man that make the difference for me. You must admit the differences really do stick out like a sore thumb...or in this case a green thumb :lol:

Anyway, I have mad ea revelation abotu PS3 Multiplatform. I will mainly just use it for Exclusvies and multiplatform that are as good or better on it.
