Are any pc guys jumping ship?

I am not exactly jumping ship, but i am letting it sink. I have a couple of gaming PC's, each nearly identical with GTX680 graphic cards and I5 processors and 8gig ram.

I never intend to upgrade them in any fashion, so i am not sure how long they will last against the "next gen" consoles. 

I am getting both PS4 and Xbone (i already have a WiiU). The VAST majority of my gaming will be on the consoles. I dont know why. I have a Steam account full of games, but for whatever reason, i just dont really care about it too much. 

When my PC's become too obsolete, i will probably never get a desk top PC again.

• Keyboard and mouse are awesome for FPS games, and for other types of games, you could always use a controller (I've got an XBOX 360 controller).

lol @ the rest man.  Thats usually the problem with anti-PC arguments.  You guys forget that there are infinite options.  I have a PC hooked up to the big screen in the living room along with my consoles.  Controller and all.  That said, I also have a very comfy desk top set up.  Herman Miller chair, 3 X Samsung 30" LED's and a decent enough sound set up.  

Exclusives aside, there is NOTHING you can do with a console that a PC cant do the same or better.

PC will remain my primary platform, and the PS4 will supplement it

I feel the same way TBH, especially with the lackluster experiences I had with 360/PS3. Maybe Its just me getting old but consoles just arent fun like they used to be.

Steam actually depreciates the value of gaming in some ways. It has its benefits, but it's not all around good.

I'm sticking with the Master Race platform, but I'm still getting a Playstation 4, for exclusives and console-only games. However, I will get all games available on PC and console on PC.
