Based on impressions of NeoGAF, CAG, and other PC forums, I've come to see that many folks with Steam versions of the game, today's latest NVIDIA drivers, and modern GPU are seemingly struggling to push Arkham Knight past 30 FPS in the game. Beyond that, the PC version just... Well kinda sucks.

The benchmark was 60fps+ and during gameplay it's LOCKED to 30
I've tried vsync on and off, windowed modes, etc, frame limiter in RTSS, nothing"

Nope - 980 here, game runs like ass and doesn't look anywhere near as good as I expected. City and Asylum were both gorgeous games on release, this one is just decent."

Even on low 970 can't keep a steady 60 when driving. Yup gonna limit it to 30 fps and play with everything high except nvidia smoke. Disappointing and I don't even really like how it looks, the effects caked onto the screen look ugly, when people find how to turn off CA, motion blur and stuff like that, I will gladly get rid of that crap."
Apologies for using three GAF posts, but I encourage you to consult Steam reviews and skipping today's drivers just in case they're broken.
