Well my good old rig from 2009 that I paid the fine sum of $1500 for still maxes any game to date (except for the great megaton that is Crysis 3) at my cinema projector's 1080p resolution. Lets see how it'll run BF4 :)

Plan to upgrade to a GTX 770 soon, but I heard AMD is releasing new cards this year, and that the 9000s are coming next year. Too many options. Don't know what to do.

in one year(the time it will take PS4 to reach 10m as you say), pc gamers with pc's more powerful than ps4 will increase as well and also exponentially (for example, in 3 years GPU's that destroy ps4 will cost $50, so everyone even the poor pc gamers can have gaming pc's stronger than ps4).

Yeah in 3 years those will probably cost $100 a little more,since you involved the word destroy.

But the PC as well has to be account for so add another $400 on top of those $100,oh and 3 years from now the PS4 should be like $249 tops or even less.
