Because they are used to console games fitting onto spaces under 8 gigs.

My 660ti is 1 GB short on GPU memory to meet recommended specs.... Will not upgrade until Titan has a successor though.

Buy the 780, pretty much on the same level as the titan but a few hundred bucks cheaper. I'm getting one in a few months and I currently own the gtx 660ti

3 GB of VRAM is my only weak point.  Everything else I am fine or better for reccomended.  I have 2 GB VRAM, hope that is enough.

I'm just surprised, not many games take that much space on HDD. Especially since it's an FPS and shouldn't have problems in recycling tilesets.

BF3 takes 35gb, total war games are 30-40wis3boi

Never played either, although I own the whole Total War collection.

F*cking Steam sales and f*cking backlog.

Well I doubt they have over 1080P for their reccomended, but maybe I am wrong.  I have a GTX670 FTW which should be fine.  Glad to hear I don't NEED to upgrade yet.  Probably won't for another year or so I am guessing.  FIgured preordering a PS4 was more important given that my PC is pretty good.  THough now I am feeling guilty about the PS4 since I really wanna buy a new car haha.
