Why don't you ask one of the many people who've had to deal with faulty consoles. I'm sure you're not going to like the answers you get.

I've been saying it since the PS3 came out: Blu-Ray is the new "Laserdisc" and a niche market. It's WAY too close to the VHS->DVD switch for alot of people to think about replacing their collections again.

sad and true its sad when any one of the 3 are behind, sony nintendo , and ms ,

a d was sad for sega and atari among others,

i dont know whether to say anything but not suprised,

i saw this coming , 600 .00 for what i bought was to much ,

especally with a poor game libray , i only bought mine for bluray and ps1 and 2 and some of the games i own for ps3 ,

then taking bc out of all current ps3 and future ps3s is the final nail in the coffin , sure it lowered the price,

but gc lower its price did they cut a controller port off or anything, no,

i dont think the drops helped any more then the drops nintendo did on gc,

or n64 when they were in 2nd and 3rd respectively,

though nintendo wasnt last anytime , it didnt help gc.

and it wont help sony catch wii and even though microsoft is selling 360s, i dont think thats gonna help them either with the millions of dollars in 360s they spent and still do in repairs of rrod consoles, theyll never get that back unless a miracle happens,

nintendo is the only one turning a real profit on each wii sold, since day one actually,

actually yes. the wii is the best out there,

admit it it has a good variety of games, different way to play old franchises , it totally revived gaming,

all those who say wii isnt for hard core didnt play zelda mario galaxy mariokart ssbb driver 4 bully se etc ,

even though i like 360 and ps3, psp and ds,(ds is my fav hand held)
wii is simply the best, games arent known for their graphics their called games for a reason you play them and the term is game play,

as far as tapping graphics yes ps3 has topped. mgs 4 did that,

360 topped off its graphics with gears 2 or grid

wii is the only one i think that hasnt reached its peak , and we know how good a gc game can look so its proven ,

At my house, Wii is best at not ever getting powered on, except when there's a bunch of non gamers here. I have all the games you mentioned, except driver, bully. And the term VIDEO GAME, Video being half of that term.

None of this is a surprise. The PS3 was able to do as well as it did because of name recognition.

If the console had to stand on its own two legs, it would have gone the way of the 3DO and CDi. More expensive and inferior consoles tend to not last.
