Thats right PC fanboys watch it and weep.
Latest gen consoles have not only eliminated the small margin of quality that PC graphics and gameplay had over 360 and PS3 but they have now exceeded the PC versions.
I for one am thrilled, i've always preferred console gaming for it's singularity when it comes to hardware development and controls and just pushing the power button and playing your game within 30 seconds and now the hardware is equal to if not better than most PC's on the market for playing games.
ronvalencia
Haha you would never be able to do that on a console. And there are lots of other things that will still be better on the PC as well. Better anti-aliasing and texture filtering, for example, will be available on the PC .
And the frame rate will be a lot smoother on the PC as well. At E3 Warframe was running between 20 to 30fps on the PS4, and while the devs say they eventually want to get it to 60fps there is no guarantee they will make it. Even if it does ostensibly reach 60fps it will almost certainly have frame rate dips below that level. Just like the Call of Duty games target 60fps but actually swing between about 45 and 60fps.
I also like to use things like sweetFx on my PC games because it very often can make games look so much better. Won't be able to do that on the PS4 version.
It's nice that new consoles are coming out that can run these PC games at a fairly high level of graphical quality, but the PC is always going to be ahead. People shouldn't delude themselves. Just buy whatever you like or have the money for and enjoy it.
"2-GB Nvidia Geforce GT430" :lol:lawlessx
That's the problem. So many of these guys make poor buying decisions (especially in terms of their graphics card choices) and then they have a poor experience and blame it on PC gaming in general.
What huge advantage? XB1 has far more functionality than the PS4 and the difference in graphical capabilities between the two comes down to, highest graphics setting vs Ultra setting. Pretty trivial imo. I'll take more functionality over a few more pixels any day! Plus, MS showed off more games at their E3 presser. I almost forgot, XBL will still be #1 with gamers vs PSN when it comes to multiplayer, and, PSN users will have to pay to play for an inferior service to boot!PS4 has such a huge advantage over xbone. These F2P games are HUGE (imo). Lets say you have enough money to buy onlye 2 games at launch. You also have these additional (full) games to play as well.

Ps4 is the way to go folks. Â

Â
The mainstream doesn't buy new video cards for their PCs every year though.
---which is why developers make PC games largely for mid-range systems, which will be below the Next-Gen console specs for a couple years.
Sure some games will have scalability for higher-end PC specs, but most games will be optimized for mid-range systems.

[QUOTE="PC_Otter"]The games are not done, you can pass judgement on a product that is not officially released, until those PS4 games are sitting on a shelf ready to be bought and played nothing, not framerates or graphics, or gameplay can be rightfully reviewed and spoken about until there done... even PC fanboys know this,, so don't speculate on framerates of incomplete games just yet..wait til' november. 30 FPS will still continue to be the standard on consoles, even if a few of them actually make the effort to be 60 FPS, of which I think you're way too optimistic about so many titles being as such.Ew, those games are running 30 FPS. It's not really modding, they restriced a lot of settings even on very high. When the game came out, to run it at very high you needed already four 8800 gtx and one card was like 600$. Increasing light beams and reducing pop in doesn't seem like modding to me because they all did that to save performance. But if your talking semantics.. fine by me if that's modding to you.
Even so, it doesn't matter because I used built in AA. If you use the games 8 x AA it will be about the same in performance as with my modifications and built in AA. And according to you 8XAA that's maxing out (since you want to argue about semantics)
Crysis built-in AA does the foliage too, the normal AA doesn't but the normal AA is better on anything that's not foliages or trees.
Point is, the gtx 480 won't run crysis at 1080p at max detail and max AA. You need something stronger
So who you calling a derp, you sound like you don't know much about pc hardware.

All of the above is true, however this was also over a year ago, did you mention that? because since that time i've sold that PC listed above, and the main reason was, i could not adjust from lounging back in my recliner in front of my TV, to being uncomfortable in front of my 25 inch smaller monitor to play games, and no i didn't want to spend yet even more money and get the necessary hookups for the TV. The computer had already cost me enough, not to mention that computer, with all it's high end specs is the one i had all those bad experiences with that i've listed here,,,long load times, system and game updates, error messages, erratic game closures, windows updates, logins, reboots, the whole experience was a nightmare. All I got from that was you really don't know how to use a PC because if you did you wouldn't have had all those problems. Most current gen games run decently enough without all of those issues and updates run pretty much automatically. You can even schedule Windows updates to run when you aren't using your PC.

Owing to confidentiality agreements, Reflections couldn't go into too much depth on the relationship of the Onion and Garlic buses with the rest of the PS4's processor, but we suspect that ExtremeTech's block diagram is pretty close to the mark. Note that the PS4 has two Jaguar CPU clusters for eight cores in total, two of which are reserved by the operating system.
