They can't compare on certain levels, no. Graphics probably being the main reason. But for pretty much every other reason it's personal preference, and basically it comes down the fundamental value of a game.... how FUN it is.

Ugh, wow. Im not going to even attempt to dive in that messup of a second paragraph. Its wrong on so many levels. Why "cows" are the issue here is unknown also. They do matter though. If a system was filled with multiplats all around, what would be the point in owning all three consoles?..much less the wii. None. You would pick the one with the most features, best tech, and overall better experience and move on. They keep the market for all three strong.

I don't criticize a game/system for one thing and then make up excuses to forgive something else for the exact same thing.

So the point you have is...none. there are highly praised AAA games on Hate/dislike on PS3 as well as xbox360. If you see me bash a console/game for one thing you will NEVER see me make excuses for or praise on another console/game that's doing the exact same thing.

It's been a long time coming :P I think sony deserves the top spot. TBH I've never supported the 360, I don't even know why. I even have one in my household, but I'd much rather a PS3.

It would seem that exclusives are the be-all and end-all for any cow's argument. I'll concede that PS3 has more high quality exclusives than the 360, but I also don't think it matters that much. If 360 exclusives were as important as people make them out to be, why would the 360 beat the PS3 every month in the NPD's? I'll tell you why: Becuase you can't get the games on the PS3.

You may be able to get them on the PC, but that is a very niche market. "but world of warcraft has 11 million subs!" How many of those people are actually hardcore gamers who would play Mass Effect 2? Maybe 10% of WoW's subscriber base? Face it. 360 games on PC make very little difference when the average consumer is trying to decide between the 360 and PS3.

Yes, I'm part of that niche market and proud to be. Why should i pay more for a lesser experience? From my perspective the PS3 has more games that appeal to me because the majority of games on the Xbox are available on the PC and or the PS3. i had such high expectations for sony, but the ps3 managed to disappoint every one of them. :( oh well, i'll make sure not to fall victim of sony's empty promises for the ps4

I have to admit, as you've pointed out, I don't have any valid points for the future gaming exclusives.

But I do know that the PS3 has announced a number of exclusives, Killzone 3, GT5, The Last Guardian, Infamous 2, Socom 4, Resistance 3, Twisted Metal.

As far as I am aware the Xbox has Halo Reach, Gears 3. That's all I can think of.

And as you've noticed I haven't restricted the list to 2010. But please, I would like to know what else the Xbox has coming for it. No I really do!!

Exclusives do matter Uncharted 2 was I would say the sole reason why at the time I bought a ps3, and I don't regret it. Exclusives makes up the differences of each console.

GOTY 2007 = SMG WII exclusive

GOTY 2008 = MGS4 PS3 exclusive

Well, I guess that's your opinion, and the opinion of many others, but to me exclusives do matter, because what's the point in having a 360 when i already own most of the games on the PC, and the PS3 is sitting there with a giant mountain of exclusives I want to play but can't because I don't own the system.
