84 titles which have scored above 69.999% compared to the PS3s 62, the PCs 66, and the Wii's 44. Anyway you slice it, the Xbox 360 is still releasing more quality titles than the other systems.

If Cows and Lemmings continue to say "no one trusts GameSpot reviews", why do we care so much if a game flops or meets expectations? Why do we continue to anxiously await GS reviews? Just questions...

We ALL care about GS reviews in one way or another. They are pretty creidble in the end and we are on the forums that only count their reviews.

People hate/love gamespot depending on how they score their favourite games. :P

By now Gamespot has flopped at least one of everyones favorite games.

Exactly what I was thinking. I think people are focusing on the negative aspects of this review way too much. There are tons of great things written about Fable 2.

Hype was AAA it got 9.0 which is AAA here...

Hype across other game sites was 9.5 to 10.0 it has an average of 96 on metacritic right now... how is it a flop?

Uncharted didn't flop. Hyped AA and got AA.

I won't comment further until I've played the game tommorrow, but I think that this is gonna be a 9.5 for me.

Actually Warhawk was AA hype :).

And there are alot of flops for cows. But there are also alot of flops for lemmings (maybe not as many). This year alone 360 has 4 flops so far :?.

It doesn't matter if someone says AAA... That person could be going around and saying it's the best game ever.

There's a reason why official hype threads died. They weren't accurate to the hype.

its overall metacritic score is AAA, how is that a failure?

We go by gamespot scores here so yea it did fail in terms of hype but will still be a great game I guess.

There is no problem. :? Alls i did was agree with him that the text doesnt always match up to the score; you need to read the review to get the full opinion, rather than just look at the score and leave it at that.

sorry peter, i dont buy games that are below 9.0 . its beneath my gaming standard. i prefer perfection or near perfection such as mgs4 or lbp.

Mabye you should play the game instead of trying to match up the review:| you won't be able to see his opinions as valid untill you try the game your self and confirm as much
